Apple Palo Alto reviews
23Beautiful and stylish branch. Stuff is quite professional and friendly. Apple is still the best on everything!
The folks at Apple were very helpful and made our buying process convenient and easy, specially during these Covid times.
No organization for the line so apple employees let people who cut in the line in first. Did not attempt to solve laptop issue or provide assistance when there were no other customers to assist.
Best Apple Staff in the World! Scott, Darius, and Deanna all helped setup a new iPhone after a recent incident with my screen. I was helped right away, they assisted even after an AT&T transfer issue, and made certain I was 100% taken care of. Please visit this location and know you are in good hands. I believe I asked 300 questions and received answers on every product and every aspect of the phone. Could not recommend more highly - the best staff! Thank you Scott, Darius, and Deann!
I made a reservation for 5: 30-5: 45pm on Saturday with "Reserve a shopping session" to get all three iphones in the family upgraded.
We walked in to the store on time. After 5-10 minutes conversation, we were told that we cannot do the transaction because the store is closing now and nobody would explain why.
I waited two days and took time off from my work.
Why Apple let people make reservation that cannot be honored?
Why I deserve this as an Apple customer for years?
On top of this, a stuff member, she supposed to be in charge, was not nice at all. She was aggressive and not apologetic at all, as if all those were my mistake. It was very humiliating for me and my family members.
I believe in Apple, its products and its customer service. One person with a lack of Apple culture and customer service will not change our mind on what Apple is. She is not belong to that culture and should not be talking to Apple customers with Apple expectations.
I had a great experience. I came to buy a Macbook and to fix my old one. The Genius Bar support was really knowledgeable and helpful. They tried to get me the best solution with the most discounts.
Those curved glass roof panels. You should've seen the crazy crane with suction cups they used to put them in.
Great Apple store in the heart of Palo alto on University Avenue. The service can be hit and miss, depending on the individual who is helping you on any given day, but I have generally had very good experiences at the store.
I've never seen so much red cramped into such a little store before. At least I know I'm not colorblind. Good store, I guess.
Lost about 8 years of Apple “OTHER” data/work documents on recommendation of an Apple Genius on January 6,2020 (yes, I pressed the RETURN button, trusting them to make more HD space) and after two weeks, no luck with my backup HD. Apple Geniuses aren’t as proficient as they were back in 2012, when I purchased and transferred my last Apple computer. Rather disappointed and never going to use their services again. I just don’t trust Apple Geniuses anymore.
I can’t believe you have to schedule an appointment that is a day later just to buy a replacement ear piece. Why can’t someone just ring up the item and I would pay for it. Pretty simple. Anyways, I scheduled an appointment, drove to the appointment and waited a few mins for them to say “sorry we don’t have any in stock, but you can order it online”. Wtf
Big store with all the Apple products available for testing and buying. The staff is really helpful and you feel welcomed, even if you are not going to buy nothing. In the back you have an open area where you can sit and relax. I would recommend for anyone passing buy to get in the store to test the products, even if they are too expensive to buy for you.
I was wrong. In the past going to an Apple Store was like going to the DMV. My latest experience was more than exceptional, the Apple Genius saved my butt. Thank you!
Bought a brand new MacBook that was extremely defective. Had it repaired and it came back with new issues. Went into the store again well before closing time to have it repaired again, and was simply turned away because it was “too late to see a specialist. ” Defective products and bad customer service: (
Too many customer reps but waited for long time to buy an iPhone.service is getting worse compared to previous years
Very creative, beautiful and thoughtfully designed store. The big glass doors on the entrance gives you the complete view inside the store. The wood work inside the store is simple and classy and add good looks and feels when you walk into the store. Inside the store it is very neatly organized and sectioned based on the products.
I heard this was the first phyical apple store to come up in the California region.
Friendly customer service.
Parking is little challenging to find.
Like every Apple store, it was a beautiful building. I was there 30 mins before they closed and they were still a bit busy. I went in just to get an Apple Watch charger since I forgot to bring mine on my work trip. I was in and out within 5 minutes. The sales associate was nice and helpful.
They don't care of customers. Too many reps but larger wait times even the store is not busy with customers
I asked a simple question: what’s the difference between iPad Pro and Air; 7 people came to help with such a difficult and complicated task, and non of them could answer.
Super incompetent people working there. I took my watch there to pair with my phone, the pairing prompt said that my watch was not backup to iCloud for few days, I asked them to back it up, but instead they assured me the data was already backed up, when they paired the phone the data was lost, and all they said was “Oooops, we’re sorry about that”. Super incompetent and unprofessional.
