November 2021. I-watch options galore. Other stores have a limited supply of watch wrist bands. The Apple store allows you to mix and match the difference watches and their colors along with the variety of watch wrist bands available. It is great they were very patient in allowing my friend to make their choice as they changed their mind a few times between original selection and what they eventually purchased.

Parking lots in the area no longer offer free 90-minute parking. Best to have an idea what you are shopping for and get the browsing done quickly.

I’ve always had iPhones, but I usually get them at different stores. I decided I’d get my next new phone straight from the apple store. My experience their was ok, but I was disappointed in them. First I go their on a sat, without a “appointment”. I was turned away and told to come back in three days. With a Appointment! So I did. I had to! When I returned, even tho I now had a “appointment” I still had to wait approximately 30 minutes for someone to help me. And I just wanted something simple, like to buy a phone! In this store you simply just don’t browse, see what you want, grab it and off to the cashier you go! No way. The associate who’s helping you has to go get it from the back, then you pay them. And your done. My overall experience was not good. Plus it’s always crowded as all hell! But the tech support people really seemed to know what they’re doing. So for buying a phone here, no- but bringing a damaged one here for repair and diagnosis? Yes-

It's an Apple store that can be crowded and is list price expensive. Employees can be helpful within what they are empowered to do. Very limited parking near the store.

I was there for four hours all the employees ignored me absolute horrible experience. The employees I did talk to were very rude except one young lady in the front.

You have to make an appointment to shop. Wow. Apple has figured it out. Products and stores are so popular. This review is not necessary for this location but just the kind of frustration to deal with this. Awesome for Apple and shareholders of the stock. Horrible customer experience.

Worst apple store ever. I reserved a phone here and sold to someone else and gave me a different one. They have discriminated against me. Lady that helped me looked at me like what am i even doing here.

What are we reviewing here? Apple or this particular store? I always find the atmosphere inside Apple stores to be really good. This store is quite busy most of the time but even though we were there on a Friday afternoon without an appointment, we were still able to get significant help and attention from staff, who were both able to provide objective facts and their own valuable personal opinions.

Instead of using high pressure techniques Apple has no sales staff in their stores just people to answer your questions and let's you play with their phones which is why they're staying open and the Microsoft stores are closing. Still Samsung sells 10X as many phones and Pixel, the Sony Xperia and OnePlus Hasselblad are better with more features and Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processors. Then there are the moral problems how Apple steals intellectual property, is the worst industrial polluter in Asia and employs child slaves so it's no surprise that most of Apple's profits are from streaming music.

Two conflicting experiences here. The first time I came here, I couldn't find the greeter. All the staff members I made eye contact with looked away and ignored me. Really confusing experience. I know they're probably busy, but still, very confusing. Finally got a hold of someone, they told me to talk to a specific person. That person said "Oh, you can just talk to anyone in a blue shirt. " Waited for 45 minutes just to buy a Macbook, which seems kind of ridiculous, but I get it. Apple does whatever they want. To be fair, the person who actually sold the Macbook to me was super nice and helpful. Didn't try to upsell me and answered any questions I had.

The second time I came here, someone approached me immediately to ask what I needed. I asked a really stupid question about my Macbook. Someone was able to help me out with immediately and fix my problem, and didn't patronize me at all. Overall pretty good experience, would recommend. Just try to avoid it when it's super busy.

Sadly I cannot give zero star. I have a reservation for 4: 15 and the time window close at 4: 30. When I arrive, they say I still need to wait in the line which has already passed the Tiffany store. So what is the point for booking the time window? I asked if I can change the pickup order to ship, but they said no. Dumb Apple.

I bought 12pro max at this Apple mobile phone store on May 20,2021. It took 4 months for the phone to get hot. The battery capacity is already less than 100 and it is reduced to 97. This is a quality problem. The phone gets hot as soon as I use it.

Getting something fixed in a reasonable amount of time is absolutely ridiculous. I seriously regret switching to Apple products now.

**Update** 20 mins after leaving this Apple store my computer is sitting in the cue at Unitek waiting for it’s parts and I’m on my way home.

If you like waiting hours for poor customer service, buy Apple products and come here for support. Will take your money in an instant, but support for devices with issues? Forget about it.

Worst customer experience I have ever had with an apple store. Sadly.not the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life, but incredibly close to it. This has definitely impacted my view of apple products as a whole and whether I will decide to purchase any again.

I can't. I only stand nearby to catch the bus. It's always busy, clean. Completely well staffed by what I see through the window as I wait for the bus.

Went in there for a simple computer charger and cord for a Macbook Pro (needed the charger ASAP same day circumstance) and they did not have it in stock, although the kind older lady did look on the computer to see where the closest location is that may have one and nowhere in a 20 mile radius had one available in stock. I ended up going to Best Buy (same price $97.00 + tax). Should have called first.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in an apple store. No greeting upon entering, no assistance as I stood waiting for someone to help and horrible help when I was ready to drop a few thousand on upgrading my MacBook Pro.lost a customer. Avoid going to this location.
