Apple Repair Center - iPhone Repair Riverside

Apple Repair Center was great. My phone’s battery was having problems for a long time. Wouldn’t take long before it would drain down. I was looking for a place to get my battery repaired and glad I chose them. Battery and screen were repaired in 30 minutes and they’re prices were reasonable. Definitely coming back if I ever have any other issues with my phone. Rating: 10/10

Came in to repair my red iphone SE. The greeter was great and very specific on what services she provided! Was in n out in no time! Very fast, and great work! Highly recommend!

I have been here a few times. I took the charging cover from here and had some issues with the laptop which was fixed so quickly. Really happy with the service. They are very friendly:)

I came intentionally after I spilled liquid on my MacBook Pro2011 in the year 2021 I went in and he reviewed my laptop and I paid the $40. But I couldn’t afford the money at the time it was like $100 something I don’t remember. I had 2 kids and in school I couldn’t do it. I came back 2 years later and I was pleased that he could still fix it and a knowledge the first $40.

The key board was replaced. Pictures and all files are still opening at the moment. If there are any issues I will be pleased to go back. Thanks for helping out with my dream! Let’s support small businesses!

This was very close to perfect, the service was great and the lady at the front desk was really nice. My only two complains is the top of the screen being kinda weird which doesn't matter too much as that area is never used. Also the brightness is pretty messed up when it's at mid brightness. Again not a huge deal as it's only when the brightness is in the middle, it's just mildly annoying. She was transparent about having to use a used screen as since I have an M2 Macbook Pro so Apple isn't shipping new screen so that probably has something to do with it. It also beats having to deal with a giant black line in the middle of the screen so overall it was a good repair with great service.

Professional and fast service. I will continue coming here for all my Apple repairs and upgrades. The service was seamless, dropped off my Mac Mini and was ready the next day. They know what they’re doing. Their services are inexpensive and great for all students and everyone alike. Highly recommend. The lady up front was courteous and explained everything to me in detail. I’m not too computer savvy but she answered all my questions.

Very great experience. I walked in and they helped me immediately. The screen repair was faster than expected. They also cleaned my front camera (an error from previous business that fixed my screen). I definitely will be returning and also recommending them to other people.

Went here to repair my cracked iPad screen. Price was fair, but more importantly, they did a great job with the fix and were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

I was a little apprehensive initially, because the place is in an atypical location, but these guys were very fast and did an awesome job! They even threw in a free protector for an iPhone 7.

Took my iPhone 12 Pro Max to have the back repaired and my cousins iPhone 11 ended up saving myself tons of money from what Best Buy was going to charge me with no insurance. Both phones look brand new! Thank you!

Do NOT go here. Terrible service and fixed my phone incorrectly. Went to them for first time when my phone initially broke (it shut down and would not turn back on) they told me it was a screen issue and replaced my screen for me. For 3 weeks my phone worked fine. Then one day, it mysteriously cracked when i was using it (keep in mind, it was NOT dropped nor tossed around) This was really strange, so I went back to them to see what happened. I was explaining the situation to them, but the lady at the front desk was not having it. She is one of the rudest customer service people I have met. From the get go, she was very condescending and rude. So much attitude for no reason, so b*tchy, and VERY patronizing. I am honestly shocked as I have never been treated like this by someone before. At one point, the guy working on the phones shouted from behind the store, "Get them out of here. " Basically, they accused me of lying, were very rude, and forced us out of the store without even attempting to help even a little. I went to get my phone screen fixed somewhere else. Turns out, my screen cracked out of nowhere because this place replaced it incorrectly; there was a screw loose that caused it. It was their fault the whole time. Overall, 0/10. They were VERY rude and installed my screen incorrectly. Never go here.edit: my phone screen cracked because YOU GUYS installed it wrong.and clearly u have issues w customer service bc i'm not the first person to complain on here.
