The manager spent 10 minutes bickering with us and proceeded to have us call a hotline for apple to confirm our order, we left the store and came back an hour later to find Terry, a wonderful service rep who helped us get our phone instantly.

If I could give this store negative reviews I would. HORRIBLE customer service! The worst. I am taking all my business away from apple. I don't live in Santa Monica and was passing through when my brand new laptop broke. These guys sent a lap top in for me for repair, then refused to ship it to my house, refused to take payment over the phone - on top of it they are threatening to keep my product if I don't pick it up within a week. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. INSANE POLICY. DON'T BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO AN APPLE STORE

Its apple.so its very confusing trying to get help, but when u do finally get assistance they are friendly and helpful.found numerous issues with things not in stock

The security guard kindly rushed to the door when we appeared two strollers in tow. And the staff were very helpful, efficient and resolved our iPhone issue.

I love apple stores and the staff are usually extremely helpful. Not the case for this shop. It’s like being in a prison. I wanted to buy a new phone and was asked to wait for over 40 mins at a table where an “associate” would come join me. I wondered off after asking a member of staff how long more it would be and he said I could walk around and come back in 15 mins. I was walking around in the SHOP, not going out! Then another employee comes to me (I was a few tables away looking at other products) and has a go at me for not waiting at the table. I explained to him that his colleague told me I could roam around but just be back at the table (which was starting to feel like a prison cell by now) in 15 mins. No, clients are not allowed to walk around during waiting time, we must wait at the designated area or else we can’t find you. It’s all about the convenience for the staff; paying clients must comply to their way of functioning. Avoid this store and the terrible staff there!

Great location, nice staff. Unfortunately taxes make gadgets more expensive here than in Manhattan Beach (for example) just a few miles towards South. Not a big deal for small purchases, but it will make a difference if you are spending thousands of dollars. For your consideration.

Very very bad experience at this location.
The staff is slow, rude, inappropriate and they seem to not have good communication from management.
I made an online purchase, hoping to adopt get into the whole iOS ecosystem after I got an iPhone gifted to me. I received an email, all I had to do was show up between a Time window, pick up my order and be on my way.
But I show up, I go into the store and immediately I'm kicked out for not wearing the mask they wanted me to use.
I have skin condition, skin pretty much flakes when it's rubbed against dry paper plus I've had just recently gone through a surgery I was more than willing to prove, my stitches are still present on my jaw. I did show up with a mask, an actual hard shelled mask covering from nose bridge to jaw but it wasn't the paper one so they kicked me out.
After calling customer service and the store manager they assured it was okay to go in and I did so just get kicked out a second time, all of this of course isn't happening withing 15 minutes it's taking almost 2 hours.
By the afternoon my morning is gone, got kicked out twice for not wearing a papermask but a hard one instead, I'm told to wait outside for my order just end up having it cancelled.
Beautiful locations, sadly the "service" is just a reminder why I never had apple before.

Apple is always awesome, some of the staff member is kind of meh but came out of here with a apple keyboard for my ipad!

They are very friendly when you're buying something. When you bring in your device for repair, they aren't as friendly, and they basically solve everything by quoting you a really high repair cost.

My laptop has been there for 1 month, and is under AppleCare. I was told there's water damage, and I know 100% there is not, I haven't been told when my laptop is going to be finished, haven't been told exactly what's wrong with it, and have no idea where I'm at in the process. Meanwhile, Apple 3rd Street promenade has my $5,000 laptop and I haven't been able to use it. They don't offer loaners, they don't seem to really care. Poor customer experience.

My experience was quick by the assistant Brandon.
I was having an SMS problem, I couldn't solve it but he was super helpful.
Talking about space, decoration, product display, there is nothing to say, this store is one of the most beautiful Apple Stores, indisputable.

The first year was good. Then it became a place of endless waiting and getting very little done. You reserve an iphone online in a specific time slot but still have to wait an hour to pick it up. Sorry but 14 hundred should buy you a better service

Always busy. Lost my Apple Watch that I was getting the battery fixed and then replaced.it with a different model promised then had to go back for several hours due to software issues that could only be resolved by sending the watch in again for a week.

Pathetic customer experience, especially with that Indian manager's inability to manage the store, his third grade attitude towards customers and making the customer wait there for so long to buy the product. Extremely poor service.
