The cold Menudo soup was spoiled they didn’t has a correct package process
or they just invented the exp date

F my break I drove back to returned it,
they did not apologized and
they didn’t throw away the rest of menudo on the day I call to report this scary situation

Been coming here for a few years and I love to get Pan dulce. Even my family from out of town come directly here to get it …
Yesterday i purchased a lot of the pan dulce since I had family over. We love to get the one that has like cream cheese and it’s in a shape of a triangle. We got a few of them and unfortunately the ones we got was MOLDY. We didn’t notice since we had mixed it in with the other pan dulce thinking it was crumbs for the other pan.it’s unfortunate that they don’t throw away the old bread. It’s obviously it’s been sitting for days. Who ever is in charge of this should check the bread and throw away old ones. They shouldn’t be selling it to customers. And they should start putting dates on them too. We had consumed some of it before we notice, so far we haven’t gotten sick and also contacted poison control.please be aware of what you purchase.
My aunt threw the pan dulce away so I was only able to take a picture of one of them with only a few spots of Mold

My first time at Apple Tree! My friend took me there n WOW was very surprised at how clean and well stocked the store was. Produce looked fresh n beautiful n the deli looked really good too. Grabbed some hot tamales n they were soo delicious! The tortillas were right off the comal I'll be going back n definitely trying their hot food!

High prices, the roasted chicken is very good, the sauce I asked for was molcajete and I didn't like it, it was bitter and I didn't like the tortillas, they weren't soft. The staff very friendly.

The food is more or less the meat is very expensive and the place is very small the employees are very friendly

IN MY EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE BECAUSE I HAVE WATCHED HOW OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE A BAD TIME ALSO, I AM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER, I CONSUME FROM $40 TO $60 DOLLARS DAILY, BUT I DO NOT THINK TO RETURN HERE UNTIL THEY CHANGE THE STAFF.
THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD THANKS TO TRINI IN THE KITCHEN (HE IS THE MOST CHARISMATIC AND NICEEST GUY IN THE PLACE) THAT IS WHY I COME BACK EVERY TIME. THE BUTCHERS ARE ALSO KIND AND ATTENTIVE.
THE OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE BAD, NOT HELPFUL, THE BLONDE CASHIER AT 1 IS THE WORST, THE BAKERS MAKE YOU WAIT TOO LONG, YOU HAVE TO WALK AFTER THEM ALMOST BEGGING THEM TO DELIVER YOU A CAKE, EVERYONE IS BUSY HERE AND BADLY, THE TREATMENT BY THE KITCHEN LADIES IS TERRIBLE, THEY DON'T EVEN LIKE TO HANDLE THE FOOD.

So glad I finally went in here. They have fresh made flour tortillas 3.99 the dozen. Fresh bread so darn soft. Definitely check them out they also have a hot food area I haven't tried but looks yummy

Everything is excellent, I have not stopped buying from that store, the meat is very good, everything in general, the pork tamales are spicy but delicious.

This store lacks customer service! Woman are so rude and laughed cause I didn't speak Spanish. Just a horrible experience! Management do a better job! Cashier did not know English to help when my card was charged wrong. Ugh!

Everything in the store is made fresh to order. And it's a clean store with friendly courteous staff. Two thumbs up.

One of my favorite markets in Chula Vista. Right when you walk in the store is always so clean and nice (as seen in the photos.) The people are really sweet and caring. Definitely try their pan dulce they are all so fresh and delicious.

Bloody ladies those of the tortillas. They keep complaining about their work and how the bosses treat them. They make you wait a long time making the tortillas and end up giving you boxed packets of cold tortillas. They're really crazy, I'm sorry they don't like their work

Those tortillas are great but what's up with all these chicken bones in my enchiladas? It's a lot of them. It wasn't good to eat.

I love how you can buy fresh tortillas here! And they have food ready to eat. And a meat market and Mexican items.
