The staff at this urgent care are extremely helpful! I had a phone consultation that was easy to set up. I highly recommend going here.

Wife Got the covid vaccine here and it was held outside in the fresh air and the line of 40 people moved quick. Start to finish including waiting in line was 30 minutes. Everyone in line was 6 feet apart. We were impressed with how helpful the staff were. Make your appt online.

I got my first Maderna shot from Apple four weeks ago. I was told they would contact me with my second shot information. I have heard nothing and can not reach them as their vaccine phone ext mail box is full. The regular line rings and rings with no one ever answering it, then it loops back to the original message starting all over again. Trying to book a second shot online is even worse and goes nowhere, you can't even get to the appt page. This is no way for the County to allow treatment of it's residents. I will find a way to get my second shot without having to bother Apple Unurgent Care. The County and social media will be made aware of how bad Apple is handling the vaccine program.

I'm sure Apple has a thousand excuses for it's poor treatment of patients. If we are that much trouble maybe Apple should just shut down and all find another line of work? Screwing with people's lives is not a solid business plan.

Sure is odd that Apple keeps getting all these positive reviews from people that it's their first and last post. Guess they paid some reputation management company to "load them up" with five star reviews.

Also, no one ever ended up calling or sending me an email. Apple claims emails were bouncing? BS, I have had the same Gmail account for 15 years without an issue. Nothing bounced because Apple never sent one! I had to get my second shot someplace else.

If you value your health and want decent basic care, never use these clowns. They are proven liars on top of all their other issues.

Really enjoyed my visit here. Staff was friendly and professional. May was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions, overall great customer service.

Came in with my mom for vaccinations and the whole process was incredibly effortless for the both of us. Staff was very friendly, answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns in a professional manner. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone

I needed a Covid test and luckily I found out that Apple Urgent Care is offering Covid testing! I scheduled my appointment through their website which it was really easy to set up and I was able to find a date that worked out perfectly with my schedule. I got an email asking me to fill out some forms and the day before my appointment they called me to confirm it. I was advise to stay in my car and they would come to my car to do the test which it was great for me since I was hesitant to walk into the clinic. The day of my appointment I was greeted promptly by Jocelyn who did the testing and was very informative about the whole process. She also advised me to create an account with labcorp for fastest results. I didn't need to do that because the following day, Bryan from Apple Urgent Care called me and provided me with my results. I just want to say that this was a great experience and I was very pleased with apple urgent care staff. I highly recommend it!

I came in here with my mom and her English isn't the best but they were very patient with her. I'm impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff are. We were seen rather quickly and left feeling quite happy with our experience. Just wanted to share our gratitude. Thank you!

I'm my opinion it's was the best care I had I few years. Staff was really good from receptionist to nurse I think her name is Olga best nurce.explained in detail what to do with prescription.very professional and how to attend to the knee wounds. I went to hemet hospital urgent Care 2days before there so f_-rude. I'm a person with ingurys and they give u norcos like creasy
No Idea whet to do whit prescription.
Just get out a sit 3hours and leave.
They charge great money for norcos by the way. And they only had 3patients if it was full just find another place that likes to take care of people with care.

Unqualified and overly enthusiastic about child abuse. 11 month old baby girl was taken in for diaper rash. Was told there were MULTIPLE lacerations that could only be caused by abuse. Followed up by actual pediatric forensic drs and a team of investigators that not only said there was no concern of abuse but ZERO lacerations. A typical diaper rash. If we were told the dr had concerns and continued to call authorities to have it investigated would have been acceptable, but to erroneously and conclusively state that it was confirmed as abuse, she obviously has no idea what shes doing. ZERO LACERATIONS!

Couldn’t say enough good things about this facility. Very nice and friendly nurses and staff, very fast service, and it’s just an overall great experience! I was in and out in 30 minutes and that experience is rare nowadays!

Alana at Apple Urgent Care in Hemet. Is one of the most professional and friendly nurses I have had in a long time. Felt like I was with a friend!

Nurse here are very helpful and nice waiting room is clean I am here because I fallen out a chair and want to get checked out due to age and previous medical conditions I have not spoken to a doctor yet but X-ray and ct scan has been done. Amount of time here so far is about two hours.

Every time I go here a get the medication I need and I get better. They are very nice and welcoming. Sometimes they are very busy but they go as fast as they can.

The wait was not long, everyone very nice and helpful. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I do I know they will take good care of me.

Urgent Apple care staff is very friendly and professional. The girls that work there and the doctors on site do there job very well as a plus everything in that building is very clean they are fast when it comes to allot of people in the waiting area I come here when my primary doctor appointments are to far apart to wait and my mother in law and sister in law come here as well the best place to come for urgent care they are awesome and I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I have visited apple urgent care with one of my children at least 3 times. Each visit I was in and out in about an hour! The staff is very friendly and effiecient. Yesterday they had an irate woman expecting to be seen before everyone, and they handled the situation with great professionalism. I would highly recommend this office. Thank you apple urgent care!

Very fast nice people clean environment i would recommend them to anyone i was in and out less than an hr of time

Super fast wait time, I only waited about 10mins to get seen! Definitely going back when needed. Honestly prefer them over my primary’s urgent care.
