Applebee's Grill + Bar, Walnut CA

Excellent service, friendly staff, comfortable environment, sports on all the televisions, and good food!

Went to celebrate my mom's birthday. We were greeted with friendly smiles, wait time was less than 20min. Ordered appetizers, steak n shrimp, quesadilla burger, and drinks. Everything was very good. Last but not least 5 stars to the Best waiter ever!

The food was really good, they stay open til 12 p.m they had lots of t.v screens on with multiple games.and the waitresses were so attentive.

Horrible customer service. Had issues on two different occasions Dealt with the manager Edger and I was severely disappointed to see how they treated there employees. Very disrespectful and condescending. Needs new management. Do better!

The 2 for 30 deal is solid. We got seated quickly and served food very quickly during lunch time. Ample parking.

Hosting a wine club @ Applebees called a week before for info they gave me wrong info I arrived 45 mins ahead of time before my guests arrive had to wait for a table for 8 guests they were not busy after the table was ready we had to seat ourselves the waitress did not come to our table until we ask for one they did not attend to us regularly until we called on them

No matter what Applebee's you go to, you know the level of quality to expect. The service is pretty good despite issues in the industry. We had a good time

Haven't been here in a while, but was pleasantly surprised by the improvement in food quality and serving size. We went on a Saturday night at 9: 00 pm. It wasn't too crowded, but we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Not sure why. Our server came quickly and took our order. We got the 2 for $25 Chili lime chicken with side salads. The salads came quickly as did our food once we finished our salads. The server and another person came by at different times to check on our satisfaction. Overall a great experience this time.

They needed more servers. It was too busy for only 3 servers. No host. The manager had to help out. My burger was extra greasy. Undercooked.

Very slow service. I got up from my seat to request a soda refill since server failed to come by for that. I will not tip well based off of total cost of bill. I tip servers based off service

Lots of fun. Need to button up a bit on service but servers are pleasant and friendly and it is understandable that alot of place are understaffed

Waited for about 10mins at the online order pickup counter with no one there, then I went to the bar then I hear by the entrance to the kitchen next to the bar with 2 or 3 employees just chatting away and when I ask for my order then the young guy told me is almost ready then a girl bought out my order right away and is not just almost ready.my pasta was just lukewarm.

Dinner for two combo with appetizers was a great price we come here often as is local and we get great service,
