Applebee's Grill + Bar, Napa CA

Pretty good Applebee's. Food and beer was good. Our computer at the table didn't work, but that's ok. Service was nice.

Food was ok, my only concern was that the waiter was asking for 20% of tip for 5 people my bill was of $55 she got mad cause I give her $2.50 I believe tips are not mandatory I try to be nice leaving a tip even though she was so rude.

Hostess was rude, waitress Michelle wasn't to pleasant due to her being sick. Other waitress was fantastic.

When with my friend and they had the game playing on every TV. The server was a little slow cus it was busy.

Dani makes this establishment run smooth. Excellent customer service and way about her. She takes the time to greet you and is genuinely a natural and AWESOME! She isn't just like this with Customers but treats her employees with kindness and respect!

When there was a concern brought to Dani's attention she listened and was quick to resolve the issue. We frequent here based on Dani working at the times we go. We know we will get hot flavorful food made correctly at the temperature as it should be when it arrives at your table. Hands down the BEST in management thus far.

It seems that every time we go, part of our order is wrong or not placed. We now request Amber because then we get our food. The cook is getting everything right, unlike before when paper was left on the steak while cooked, then served. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The manager is awesome. We lost a bracelet $$$ during Christmas, and she contacted Amber, the server, to ask if she knew anything about it. We received our bracelet back. Honesty goes a long way.

Seemed like a big deal for me to ask to sit outside. Server was attentive at times and left me for long periods other times. Music kept bouncing between genres which was a little strange. Food was fine.

It's Applebees. Delivers on the Applebees experience. Exactly as expected. Plenty of parking. Attentive but not overbearing service. Wide selection on the menu, although current options in Desserts are a bit limited. The various meal deals are very good value.
