Applebee's Grill + Bar, Ontario CA

Place was good honestly kinda of wished i would of gone with the special cuz it got more expensive than i thought but it was good food service was good

I ordered a family bundle it was ready right when they said it would be and the order was correct! Fast and efficient. Eating in or ordering out they do a good job! Also the people working their are very nice! The very best applebees i have gone too!

Not a got experience. I got a hair in my pasta and our server Melissa did not even know till she brought the check and we asked her to remove the remake, she was too busy talking to another table this was all the time that we spent there, we where trying to get her attention but never where able to catch her eye, we ask the host for the manager but Melissa did not even noticed when we did, Brian was the only server that checked on us he got us refills and pick up the dirty dishes from the table. At the beginning we had Brian as our but for some reason we got transferred to Melissa who totally neglected us.

Awesome service and very good food. The best part was the service.definitely will be going back

The staff was great, friendly. We got there at 8 pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm. They were not pushy, the wait staff actually came over because we had a Bucees cup and were surprised Texans were there. 4 star was because of my dish, was bland.

Service is what Service has become all over the USA. They stopped serving all the specialty beers.its back to prohibition era.bulk cheap beer for top dollar. I guess time will tell.

Place was good and a bit empty surprisingly will definitely come back if thats how it usually is lol especially at the time we went other restaurants around the area had long wait times but this place was good

Well Ive always liked Applebee's. I haven't been in the states for a year and now I came back, last night I really wanted to go and the server was great but food not so much, I was sick all night. My stomach was hurting soooo bad.

I love this location because they have the friendliest servers and best service. Love coming here with my kiddos (especially after soccer games!)

Service wasn't bad but Applebee's food has become pretty generic. Not a fan anymore. I will say that the Alfredo sauce and the Cesar dressing is yum!

I'd called ahead about 3 minutes and was told there was no waiting. Rushed over from across the street from the restaurant and was told 30-35 minutes wait. Then we had to wait longer than the 35 minutes. The young lady was purposely making us wait after she sat 5 Latino families. I had to ask her how much longer, and her reply was that she had to wait till the tables had their drinks first before she sat us. I felt discriminated against because my companion and I were the only Black people there. The waitress Alyssa J's service was great, and I could feel that she felt bad, she was apologetic. I gave her a nice tip. If it wasn't for her I'd have filed a complaint, but she made the stay worthwhile.

Lack of servers currently due to Covid crisis, 5-6 tables dirty, food came out incorrectly, took a long time, but Management did come speak to us and took 10% off the check. Should have been 50% since I ordered a rare steak and got well.

Customer service was great very friendly server's. Food came out hot and fresh and correct the first time place is great for happy hour3-6.

I order the 12 Oz steak with sides, when my order arrived, the potatoes were cold.
Steak was excellent, broccoli was hot.
When I mentioned to my server that the potatoes were cold, she just said sorry. I wasn't about to send them back, being in the resurant business before.
After my meal, and she picked up my plate.
I had to call her back to get desert, I think she is new.
Manager did give me a 10% discount for the potatoes.

Just okay male bartender lunch time was terrible he needs to stop trying so hard to be cool and spinning the ketchup bottles and be humble. He was by far the worst server i have ever had in 30 years. Talks to people like we are kids.
