Applebee's Grill + Bar, Lompoc CA

We we're very tired and exhausted. I just needed time to revive. The poor girl had had a day too not her fault. Thank you! It was late Friday was spent. Good food just too tired.

Stopped in for birthday lunch, food was good to go, but service suffered, and we were told severely short-staffed. If fully staffed they'd easily get 5 stars on this visit.

Service is good, but the food quality has changed significantly. It's still not a bad place to go and be with friends or family

Service was great, they asked how I wanted my burger cooked and it was delivered well done instead of "pink. " It was still good though, I recommend the bacon burger.

This veterans day meal was horrible. There was a 45min wait and then told that there was dine in only for veterans meal. It was a crowded house and I didn't feel comfortable dining in. So I had to go back home angry about the situation.

I'm sitting at the bar now and have the worst bartender unless your a man that is! Asked about the food and she had no recommendations, I'm new to Lompoc but no cozy feeling here so won't be back to Applebee's in lompoc!

Pretty good food at a reasonable price. Two of us are for just over $30. My only complaint is that the burger was cooked well done when they said it would be"Pink. "

I mean it's Applebee's. The food is decent. The service is really dependent on who your sever is. Sometimes I've gone there and gotten incredible service and other times I've gotten terrible service.it is a good family option as they have a lot of menu variety. Ultimately I would say 3.5 score

Regular at the bar. Friendly atmosphere, what you'd expect from an Applebee's. I was pleasantly surprised with the ribs, which were fall-off-the-bone soft.

2nd time this week, large order for construction job, both times not ready on time! Spend $650 on 1 order and can’t get it on time ordering a Day in Advance!

So i love to see reviews of others who complain about the wait time or little tedious mistakes.bc i always think those people clearly never worked in the food and beverage industry sometimes i feel like people dont think about ehat they put workers thru and just cuz their a customer they come into the resturant with certain expections maybe you should just go in with an open mind and to have fun you probably would have better comments and reviews to leave behind! I hope no one gives them a hard time but i can tell they are HARDWORKERS! These workers work their butts off to bring excellant service patricia (bartender), ernesto (cook), adam (cook), and patrick (manager) are SOME of the amazing workers that stand out to me! Apple bees is a fairly popular place in lompoc it always gets busy around dinner time and closing time so take that into consideration! Everyone comes last minute! I come very often at night after work and see how slammed they get! But thus review is about the effort these workers put into their work they always do their best to make sure u have great service/experience! I appreciate them greatly! Thank you for all your hard work!

Well, I mean, it's Applebee's. Not gonna be blown away, but it's good, and nice staff.

Just wanted to say thank you Patrick (manager) for helping us with our take out order. I was there only picking it up since my husband make the order. Then the waitress handed me the order and told me I am all set. As I left then shortly after got a call from my husband saying that we still had to pay for it which he did fail to let me know. Plus the waitress told me we were all set to go so he told me to ask for Patrick. I met with him to settle the transaction, I apologize for just walking out without paying but he reassured me that it was just a mistake, the waitress was new and didn’t know (which is okay we all make mistakes) thankful we were able to fix it right away then he offered me a soda pop or a water for the inconvenience which was very hospitable. Very happy with this location and the staff. Thank you!

We come to this location all the time and we have had excellent service many times. Patricia, Cora and many of the other servers and hostsesses show grace and friendliness evry time. Keep up the good work. We moved here last year and this is our most requested spot for our three kids, and my wife and I. Go in and have a nice meal, prices are fair and there are all the time specials.

Waited literally an hour for our dinner and when we got our meals the order was wrong, It also took 30 minutes to get our daughter drink.

Seems like the servers are not too keen about working there. I didn't see any smiles, just a lot of gloom. Also, even though the place was about 20% full, they seated all the guests together, which made for a loud, uncomfortable meal. One more thing. They didn't get my order right, which is ok; everyone makes mistakes. But, when I told them, they really didn't seem to care, which I think is worse. I guess I was inconveniencing them. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I suggest you eat there the food is much better. I had take out and when I got home it was so cold. I love maybe 5mins away.and it was late night about 10pm.
