Applebee's Grill + Bar, Palm Desert CA

Probably the worst applebees I've been to.service was terrible almost every employee I saw was goofing off not tending to customers. Our food came out before we even got our drinks. Food was cold, plates were full of dirt.save your money go somewhere else.

This was a very nice Applebee's and the food was cooked to our liking. Our waitress, Michelle, was also nice, timely, and did an overall great job serving us.

The staff was amazingly helpful, kind and welcoming. Large draft selection and menu items. I will be back soon for try other items of menu.

Horrible service. Only people in waiting area 8 feet from an open booth but the guy wouldn’t sit us because we didn’t have masks. I asked nice saying. Can you just hurry up and sit us in that booth. He said no.

Service was ok but slow, I had to repeatedly ask for the same thing I first asked for with my drink. I asked about a specific food item and was totally disappointed

We really enjoy going coming to this Applebee's location. Everyone is always friendly and provide excellent service. The wait time varies between 5 minutes to an hour just depending on your party size and how busy they are. My husband enjoys the perfect patron margarita. I have tried several of there drinks the blue Hawaiian long island, shark bowl and top shelf Long Island iced tea. They all are good but depends on the bartender they have that night.

WORST SERVICE! We literally got there at 7: 45PM. Once we got seated it was at 8. The server came for our drinks and then we ordered. Came 10 min later and brought our potes and silverware since we ordered appetizers. Only to find out that the manger came and let us know that the system had a glitch and didn’t get our order. The manger told us that the server just found out after waiting A WHOLE HOUR LATER! Needless to say the server was walking past us and bringing food out to people that came after us. How is it that you’re constantly passing by our table and see that we haven’t received our order after patiently waiting for our order! NEVER WILL I GO BACK!

We picked up our food at the curbside. Very good organized. No app needed. Staff was very nice and came right out after I had informed them about my arrival. The food was hot and tasty. We will do this again some time, for sure.

Fast service and food came out fast and hot.loved it.will be back soon. 40mins drive from my home worth it. Leticia was are server and she did a outstanding job.with order and making sure we had everything we need.will definitely be asking for her when we come if she is available!

Long wait for hostess, long wait for bar server, food came fast but no utensils couldn't eat food hot slow server again. Place was not even busy just expensive

The bartender didn't know how to serve customers with food. He got my dad's order wrong and didn't say there was one wine option for the night.

Greatest steakhouse I've ever been. We had the chefs menu for the night and would love to have it again.
Great service as well.

Food was delicious! Waitress was very nice. The only issue was that they took like 15 (after we all got our dishes) minutes to bring my husbands meal.

This applebee is surprisingly good. The food is more than expected not like other applebee in LA. We ordered top sirloin and chicken & shrimp for $29 (2 for $29). The salad was good mashed potato was good. Beef was good as well with that price. Overall it’s perfect. Much better than usually applebee.

The Good: the chicken Alfredo the kids chicken Alfredo w/mozzarella sticks
The Bad: Waitresses didn't give us clean utensils from apatitizer to main ontry
The Ugly: I ask for medium well done it was like a used tampon.

Excellent service! Jessica the team leader was very talented tending bar, serving tables, bussing tables, answering phone for pick up orders! Just fantastic. I hope I got her name right
