Applebee's Grill + Bar, Santa Rosa CA

Stopped in for a quick lunch while in town for work. Sat at the bar and had a tent of service from my bartender. Food came out fast and tasted fresh and my beverage was topped off multiple times. I would stop in again next time I’m in town.

Hanna, Aj, angel, Irene, plus all the other employees who work here are hands down are so awesome.if you seen the TV show Cheers, this place has that atmosphere where it feels like family.not to mention the good food and good drinks!

Got dubble charged for all you can eat had 3 people 1 only want to get beer and I and my bro got a meal each after leaving we noticed that we have 3 place and 4 vs 2 and 4 drinks

Something has changed at this location.
I went on a Friday after 10pm.had a waiting list plus a 30-40 minutes for the food, short in personnel, they said. It had some tables available. So, I left.

I've returned a week later after 9pm, to find that a couple of people were waiting outside to be seated, so I left.

Today, I went, almost 10 pm, and looked busy but had tables available. I got seated. After 25 minutes, nobody approached my table. I've looked around, and a couple of waitresses looked a bit overwhelmed.

I left for the third and last time.

Apparently, being short in personnel it's becoming more of a common thing with big chain restaurants.

We had the wing special. Great price for all you can eat. The garlic Parm was the only one we liked. Barbecue was to sweet, and the sweet chili, NOPE. Our fries were old and cold, which they replaced. Our server was very sweet.

Fish was not done batter was raw in the middle waiter told me this way it was supposed to be not happy

Order took Entirely too long and then wasn't complete.
My order was put in Again, on the fly and That took longer than the first order.
By the time the orders came out the steak was so tough and lacked flavor.
Seriously one of the worst, most disappointing meals out I've experienced.

They sat us at such a dark table for 3 pm. We all had a hard time reading our menu until we switched tables.
Our waiter was also the bartender, which was okay until he seemed over whelmed with four guests at the bar and making drinks for the other servers. On top of that, for being the bartender, he didnt mix our drinks well. I had to use my fork to get the contents to mix. Without doing that id just be drinking strawberry topping.

Great place to eat and hang. Just wish meals were pri ed BEFORE adding beer or chicken so those of us who don’t eat dear creatures could eat more than a salad here.

My boyfriend and I went in to eat at around 9: 30 we were told our server was going to be Kimberly. Well Kimberly walked by our table several times, chatted about with her coworkers and blatantly ignored us for 20+ minutes before finally getting to our table. I ordered nachos, a side of Mac and cheese, and a cheeseburger, at the same time. Come to my disappointment my food of nachos and Mac and cheese arrive about 20 minutes later, meanwhile my boyfriend’s cheeseburger arrived 40 minutes later. And no surprise a white couple was sat right next to us, and Kimberly took their order in under a minute (My bf and I are Latino) we saw her being very welcoming to other white guests however she barely came to our table, overall not a great experience.

First time here for a late lunch. The servers are friendly, service is quick and has a very nice easy-going vibe.

This place rocks, we showed up on Veterans Day after our Veterans Day Parade in downtown Petaluma and they served our meals free to All Veterans at our table!

Great service, amazing food, and very considerate of my ear sensory and autism at my birthday dinner. Thank you Applebees!

The kids determined the restaurant.they love it. Food was good and prices more than acceptable in today's world.

I would avoid ordering online from these guys… simply because they take forever getting your food ready on time.

The food was better than expected and it was a family friendly environment. I will definitely return when I feel like an easy dinner night
