Applebee's Grill + Bar, Palmdale CA

Today's dinner was not as good as it could have been.
The food was delicious, we ordered the all you van eat wings and another plate, with drinks.
The service was outstanding today, our server was the best. He was on top of the empty drinks and empty plates and he did it with a smile.
The atmosphere unfortunately was extremely bad today and that's due to the air conditioning being out. I was told that there was cool air in some parts of the restaurant but non in mine. So that was very unfortunate because my family and I although we enjoyed the food and loved the service our over all experience was horrible because I was eating and sweating at the same time. Not a nice thing when you are trying to have a nice family dinner. The waiter wasn't the same that sat us so I blame the host for putting us where no cool air was flowing.

Service sucked today.took forever to get our food. Server (Leslie) was no where to be found for a while and it wasn’t even busy.

My food was good and my server was the best I stop eating here cause of the server and the food now me and my husband coming back.

The Boubon chicken was so delicious and the price was very cheap makes you want to go back

Worst lunch ever, wish I had ordered something besides the fish and chips, the Fry's were over cooked as well as the fish.my mother in law ordered the same thing, which was just as bad.sorry guys, it was a big fail today.

Something for just about everyone. Food was good, service was good (only trying to eating utensils was a bit tough). But over if good food and service.

Don't use your cards cuz they add charges after u have gone. I love Applebee's but that is crazy.

Applebee’s is very supportive of local youth groups. They opened early Saturday so that the cheerleaders could serve pancake breakfast as a fundraiser. Great food, great company, great service.

Service was absolutely awful. Had me waiting at least 1 hour to get my food. Had to say something in order to get my food. Just for one plate. If you want to starve come here.

The bartender was awesome! Had a great time and the whiskey there definitely will hit you faster

The food was very good. Well seasoned. Our waiter was very attentive. I feel bad that they have to bust tables and serve. These places need to hire people to work!

I was seated during a shift change and was not waited on for 20+mins. I almost walked out. Waitress went out of her way to provide me best service. Manager came over and also talked to me. Friendly and professional team even in an awkward situation.

Would not recommend. I ordered a salad and the lettus was questionable. Service was slow, but the drinks were great.

We went to visit the Palmdale Applebees for Father's Day and we enjoyed ourselves. I can't go over what we all ordered because it was 6 of us. However, I have no complaints and neither did my family. A small mistake was made but it was also quickly corrected by our server. Her name was Jas or Jasmine. She was quick and very friendly. She even rolled the dice once in our family game. The food came out hot and delicious. Now I have to mention that host, Felicia! When we walked to the door she opened and greeted us with an upbeat spirit and a lovely smile. She super friendly. We felt as if we were special or something the way she opened that door. She made the kids feel welcomed and made them laugh. She got us a table quickly on a busy evening. She is definitely manager material. She knows customer service. We will be back!

This restaurant is really efficient in service, they served us quickly and the food was very delicious, the bathrooms were very clean, I congratulate you!
