I’m a single mom with 3 daughters. I had just bought a car 2 months ago and was in an accident recently and completely totaled my brand new car. I was devastated. This last purchase was my favorite as I knew exactly what I wanted and the team here, made it happen. Orlando is very informative and involved with his customers. He made the process so quick and easy and with my busy schedule, set anything up he could, prior to my arrival. He also spent time with me afterwards, discussing ways to benefit myself and my credit which was very caring and considerate. Let me start by saying It has been a struggle for me to get a vehicle, I've been trying for over a month now. I got out of prison and nobody wanted to work with me. Until I met Orlando at approved auto. I mean this guy is awesome he went above and beyond to help me out. After all the denials everywhere else he made it work. Sales staff is pushy, took liberty to find and made contact inappropriately with my work, and did not respect my decision to walk away from the deal. The salesman continues to harass and contact my employer, and sends text messages from his personal phone to pressure us to buy. He would do delay tactics to hold us at the dealership and was condescending and unprofessional. Acting desperate to sell us a car and didn’t even let us choose one for ourselves - he picked out the cars he wanted us to buy and kept pushing us

This place is a joke they lie to ur face I have credit and they said I didn't they are scams and a waste ur time if u want a good place to go to I would recommend going to mega motors in stockton they actually helped me get the car I wanted approved auto sales is approved liar

Well, what can I say about Approved. Let’s just say when I went there I had a very bad experience a year earlier buying a car at another Dealership. That story unfortunately is tl: dr. Once I met Orlando at Approved and explained that story he instantly saw where I was coming from and was already getting an understanding of what I needed and what I would and would not do. He respected every question and aspect of my situation. He showed me a vehicle that was not originally in my wheelhouse to purchase but made lots of sense to look at for my needs. We went over many details, and he respected that I wouldn’t buy on site. Which is rare in the salesperson department already. That made me like him even more and made me feel like I was talking with a person and not a salesperson. Someone who cared about me not so much the sale or the car. He told me I would return, and he would see me then. I went home and did my own research on the vehicle and found everything to my liking. I went back the next day, and he allowed me to test everything I wanted on the car and another test drive. I found a couple things wrong, and he took care of it right on the spot. Amazing customer service. We had come to an agreement. Once we sat down for the paperwork, he didn’t have to, but he went over every little aspect of the sale and addons and service history. Everything couldn’t be more transparent. Besides that, he also showed me ways that even school, or my parents didn’t teach me about credit and how to really work it out to exponentially help me on mine. When done I got everything I wanted and dialed into a great loan for where I am at in my life. I have now been driving the vehicle around for a week. No issues. Exactly what I needed. So, in the end this is what I have to say GO SEE ORLANDO. He will take care of you correctly. He will work with you and get you to the best of his abilities what you need. All while being super clear and transparent. Thank you, Orlando!

The fact that they can sell people cars and alter the prices is beyond me. I had chosen a car ticked @ $15000 and Orlando comes back saying there was a mess up in prices and the car was actually with $20-24. NOT TO MENTION THE 4,000 I gave down and finding out it’s all pocketed. I bought the car over a year ago but hearing from others how poorly it was given to me and basically taken advantage and of as a first time buyer. For example I had gone back due to not having an extra key and they just brushed me away and recommended a friend (key guy). Making more money off me.
