I was tempted to go back and buy a second set.
We had
the mushroom tacos (add avocado)
saag paneer tacos (add avocados)

Delicious food and great service! I had the vegan Mex burrito and it was soo good! Can’t wait to go back

I prefer reusable service ware (plates, glasses, utensils)! I am anti plastic and it seems to contradict the idea of health!

Love, love, love Appu's Cafe! I only went to the original location a couple of times and I'm so happy there's this new location with extended hours. The food is healthy, delicious and very flavorful, and it's become a family favorite. The owner and staff are amazing and truly care that their food is enjoyed. They definitely put their hearts into it. Highly recommend!

My new favorite place when I don't want to cook. Delicious vegan food! I have had the soups, the Tacos, the Mango Lassi- everything so far has been amazing. And everyone who works there is so nice. Highly recommend!

Fresh & Yummy. I have brought three different people and each time I go I order something different. I can’t say there’s one thing on the menu I would not get the chef is amazing.

Discovered this gem of a cafe last week and I've already been there twice. The mushroom soup and flat bread are outstanding. A little pricey (and isn't everything these days?), but worth it. I've been taking turmeric for years to help reduce inflammation caused by arthritis. Now I can add more turmeric to my diet. This food will heal you.

Great tasting food! A little slow getting food out (granted we were there at an odd time, and they had to make some of the soup base for the burrito. Had the maharaja burrito, next time I may try it spicy.

Update: we've been back a couple times and really enjoy the food. The maharaja spicy Cali (spicy sauce and avocado) is my jam.

I recommend calling in. It takes a bit for the order to come out. They are super friendly and helpful.

They are a no cash establishment, not even cash tips.

Appu’s cafe has the most delicious vegan mushroom tacos, and the Mango Lassi drink is yummy as well. Even if you’re not a vegan, or vegetarian, the food and service is worth a visit!

I was able to share the deliciousness of Appu's Cafe with my girls this past Sunday. I've tried just about everything on the menu and can honestly say it's all yummy.

Vegan Mushroom Masala, a Maharaja bowl with Avocado added, a basket of Roti, the taco trio of the 3 versions (vegan mushroom, saag saneer, Paneer) and Vegan Mango Lassi & Lemongrass Chai to drink.

I can't say enough about the food. Delicate soulful flavors and delicious turmeric rice. The salad on the tacos was yummy and flavorful.

Try your favorite and then go back and try something new, you can't go wrong.

The service is cordial and quick enough; always welcoming and willing to help with dietary restrictions and suggestions when you just can't make up your mind.

Ambiance is ok, the space is utilitarian but has a nice vibe and even just after opening during our visit was quickly filled with hungry happy diners.

One thing I have noticed after a couple of visits, you are asked what's good from new comers. What a pleasure it is to help direct them to the appropriate dish.something that doesn't happen in most spots.

Trading in his scalpel for a chef knife VR continues to heal now through food. A mantra of food is medicine and heals from within. The turmeric and herbs will dance across your taste buds. I enjoyed the paneer tikka masala and mushroom soup. The proportions are good and quality and freshness is spot on. VR proves than vegan can be flavorful and satisfying.

As always my food was scrumptious! Love having the new location and longer hours of operation, but the original spot is still my favorite as I can get the house black bean and corn chip salad there as well as the egg and potato burrito. Wish they served them at the new spot also. That is my only complaint. At both spots, Go for the food, But you will leave with new friends. The people are so gracious and considerate. It's like eating at a friend's house.
