5 Uhh, I don't know.and that is a totally acceptable answer.
I live on a gravel road and need a knee scooter better able to handle that. I asked and above is the answer.and that is totally fine. I suggested we might be able to look and see what he has available. Dude didn't know how, and again he reiterated he is not an expert on knee scooters.good grief.
I’m giving just three stars only because of the insane “rental contract” you make buyers…not renters to sign. I use to review legal contracts as a job and the contract itself is vague and incredibly poorly written and appears intentionally hard to read on a tablet. It’s a giant CYA contract. As a cash buyer, all I need to get is a receipt. My service rep was great though
Id love to review their service but i cant get anyone to pick up or return messages. Two weeks since my insurance approved the order. Nothing. Stay away if u can!
Edit 4/3/23:
Nearly 3 weeks later I finally got my order with a note that they decided to send me a DIFFERENT DEVICE than was specified in my Sales Agreement. I am not even joking. Despite nearly 2 months of waiting, they didnt even send the machine they sold me. Was I notified before it arrived that I was getting a lesser product? NOPE.
Also, the only time I got any contact from Apria regarding the multiple messages I left them, was about THIS REVIEW. I cannot believe they are still in business.

But tons of emails bugging me to do a dam review. Obnoxious.
On a Monday the nebulizer was supposed to be delivered. I called in the morning and then several times during the day, always being told it would arrive very soon. At 5pm we were told It was back ordered and you didn’t know when it would be in stock. It showed up Friday afternoon.
