5I walked in, was met at the entrance by a girl that took my information. Nobody was in the waiting room but me and after 30 minutes of waiting, I had to get up and find someone because it felt like they forgot about me. Customer service was terrible. Atleast when I finally got helped, the lady was very nice and helpful, otherwise I would have given only 1 star. When I called to make a payment, I got a call center from India. Whatever happened to hands on service? Then I get hung up on. Why did I pick this place!?
Good product except the mask just because you can't really cover the mask so it gets dirty i usually put it in a bag but it doesn't really help and it goes through the water very fast
Very helpful staff assisted me in getting a CPAP machine and supplies for my father.
The rep (Marcus) listened to my concerns and needs and helped me understand the products I was buying.
After having my prescription for 3 weeks I had to call them to see if anything was missing. After waiting for 2 months I called again and was told that the fulfillment of the machine was on hold due to issues they thought they had with the prescription for 3 weeks. If I had not called them again, how long would it have sat there waiting? I was then told that they would call me 2 days later to setup an appointment when the correct person was back from vacation, surprise surprise no call. When I got them on the phone, they acted as though they knew nothing about my situation or the promises they gave me 2 days prior. I talked with them for 45 minutes when they finally agreed to give me a machine. Was told that I would get an email and text when it was ready, but that I could come by anytime after 2 pm and that a tech wouldneed to sit withmetoset everythingup. Got there at 3 and no tech, just here's your machine, call if you have any questions. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had and I'm a fairly easy going person.
