Started using aptive around Nov 2020. Seeing improvement in pest reduction. Will continue using while necessary.

They did the best service to my home. He checked the surroundings of my house and removed the spider webs, sprayed insecticides in all places and the second time the particles were used to kill insects. I needed to spray water to work. Very good service. I have been using it for several years. I’m back this time.

I’ve been with Aptive Environmental for a few years now so I know that not all of their employees are as thorough as the others, but that’s how things are with everything. Angel Estrada just completed one of the most thorough quarterly services I’ve had done! Plus, this guy was the epitome of professionalism! I tried to give him a $10 tip because of his work ethic and demeanor, but he wouldn’t take it. I hope Aptive is still giving their employees something for a good review because he deserves a raise! Thanks again!

Preformed quarterly pest control, Tyler did a good job removing all webs and sprayed around entire home.

Simo Turkich performed a pest control treatment at my home today. He arrived in the scheduled time slot i had asked for, was courteous, and answered all my questions knowledgeably.

I have had Aptive Environmental for several years and I never have problems with pests in the house. They are very thorough with their spraying and they also brush away all the spider webs.

The guy showed up without letting me know what time you was coming and then just sprayed around the house send got a little dust mop and act like he wait for spider webs and then when I went to make sure my dog was locked up in the room he went into a check and then you just took off that's my back gate open didn't tell me nothing just supposed to come in the house and put down some bait andtraps.very disappointed.that was the whole point of why I hired them very dissatisfied.

Nice place with kids. They love it.

I would suggest to attend lesser shows in night. Show are more beautiful in dark.

I had my first service today. The company clearly puts lots of effort into the sales presentation and the friendliness of the providers of the first service.
Aptive appears to hire young employees. It is refreshing to see such pride and enthusiasm from the employees I've met so far.
I am paying quite a bit more with this company, my last company of 30 years seemed to be downsizing and have not been responsive.
Only time will tell with this company.
First impressions have been worthy of 5 stars.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed and will update as appropriate.

They were very punctual as stated he would be, the service technician was very professional. He was able to answer all my questions very thoroughly. He notified me once he arrived and begin the treatment and he also informed me before he left, with additional information to be cautious and aware of. For I have small children that run around the yard.

First service with this company after years with another Pest Control Company. Service was prompt at the scheduled time. Technician friendly and explained the service he would provide. I’m also saving over 25% in fees.

The technician arrived promptly at 8am; was extremely thorough, listened to specific issues we were having and resolved all issues. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received at home as well as from the corporate office to set up the appointment. Thanks for your help.

For the last 2 services, the tech doesn’t pay attention to detail. I have several spider webs still in my backyard that he missed. Around my patio covers, under chairs etc.and they are Black Widow spider webs. Going to look into another pest control if I have to keep calling them out for a second time.

Great company! Sales manager who sold me the service contract was personable and did a great job of explaining how they treat for various pests and vermin. I was impressed. Then the tech shows up today in the middle of a household crisis to spray, and when he found out we were looking for a kitten that had gotten out, he hit his knees (and belly) and started searching outside under bushes and shrubs for our baby. He was amazing, and we really loved the extra help. We found out Lil Man, and the tech, Kevin Rodriquez, strapped on his equipment and started the spraying treatments. Never missed a beat! Aptive will have my business for a long time! When a company puts a customers needs above doing their business, that’s a company to do business with!

The service features are very modern and convenient, I just received my first service, therefore I’m not at 5 stars yet cause I want to see the results. But love the app and convenience so far.

I really appreciate that if I ever need any help in between my regular services they will come out when ever I need them for no extra charge and take care of me

Our family loves the idea of a company that uses formulas to rid us of pests like snails, slugs, ants, spiders and fleas in our yard that do not harm our pets! They will also come back to spray in between service dates to take care of high pest times at no extra charge.
Aptive has been a great company with excellent customer service.

READ YOUR CONTRACT! I signed up for service 30 days ago. The rep explained I'd be saving 100+ dollars by signing up. He stated I'd receive a follow up 30 days and be billed quarterly after that. He failed to mention on the follow up I would be billed $115. So the actual savings is really non existent. I was just billed it on a monthly installment. I cancelled the service (with a fee attached). I should have read the contract before signing, but I just took it for granted the gentleman was telling me the full story. He even threw my neighbors name out saying how he thought it was a great deal. Lesson learned.

He called and let me know what time he would arrive, he explained where he would spray, I thought we had termites and he explained we didn't they were baby spiders.

This morning I went to check the surrounding areas and no bugs or ants!
