Sergio did a great job! He was thorough and I saw all of his work. Very hard worker. I hope he comes back again and again.

Wanted to thank Manuel for the treatment. I don’t like chemicals so I delayed this for years but our kitty is gone so I was no longer concerned. (although it's safe for pets, urban wildlife, including lizards etc) what a relief to be sprayed. - no more Chinese ankle biters, crickets, black widows! Couldn’t be happier.

Edgardo was our technician today. He kept me updated on everything. This is a great company.

I seldom have any more bug or rodent problems once we switched to Aptive. Professional and courteous staff. Sergio was awesome! I have a big yard and he took care of the visible spiders and got rid of the webs. He even left traps to put inside for them!

I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with the Aptive provided. I was notified through email and text that a service was auto-scheduled and immediately tried to reschedule, both through text and their online platform, but the system seems deliberately complex and user-unfriendly.

Despite numerous attempts to cancel, including direct communication with the technician supposed to attend on the property, my concerns fell on deaf ears. I explicitly stated that I needed to reschedule, yet the technician appeared dismissive and indifferent.

Shockingly, I was later billed for a service I did not authorize on that specific date. The tech claimed to have treated the front of the house, but this is impossible as my front yard is securely gated and he had no permission to access the property that day. Such behavior is not only misleading but a violation in itself.

To make matters worse, when I tried to address this issue with customer service, the wait time exceeded 30 minutes. I also emailed with no reply. This entire experience showcases a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I advise potential clients to think twice before availing their service.

The guy who did my extermination was extremely affective. I needed my atrium sprayed because I am not sure where the ants enter my house. He put disposable paper shoes on to protect my house from his boots that have been outside and was very complete. Would recommend him in a heart beat!

I had a pretty bad ant and spider problem prior to hiring Aptive. I’m happy to say that my home has been free of pests since I’ve been using them. The technicians are friendly and quick!

Bradford did a great job! He targeted the foundation and cracks of our house and put granules for the snails and slugs. He showed me where the snails were coming from. The work was professional. Thanks Bradford! Awesome job!

I was beyond disgusted when cockroaches appeared in my pantry & kitchen nearly 3 yrs ago. I love nature & hated the thought of chemicals (& killing anything else besides roaches) - I tried everything natural- roaches continued- & many told me there was no way to get rid of them once you have them. After initial spraying w Aptive & f/u’s (which is part of the initial plan), I have not seen even ONE roach (even in middle of night/:) for several weeks now —and, the people who have come to treat have been so kind & professional- I honestly feel lucky to have found Aptive (I still feel guilty/sad about other bugs besides roaches likely being killed- but I couldn’t live in a house w roaches & love my home

Edwardo was friendly and professional. He made sure to cover his shoes when he worked inside the house. I'm very happy with the service he provided.

You guys went through what I had request thoroughly and did a phenomenal job. I am more than happy with the outcome and couldn't have asked for a better job because of how good it was done.

Sergio was very helpful. We discussed my problem, he explained a possible solution and cheerfully went about his job! GREAT SERVICE!

Jesse was very nice to work with. He texted me before hand to let me know he was coming. He treated all the areas I was concerned with.

Bradford was prompt, informative, and very knowledgeable. We asked him kindly not to ring the doorbell because our dog is sick and he text me instead when he was here. Look forward to seeing him again
