Barb was superb and very congenial in getting my order together
to make sure I was going to receive exactly what I ask for.
John did a great job in the packaging of my products.
All parts were included and well secured.

First time order but won’t be the last. They were quick on getting me my light fixtures but there was a mixup in packaging. The box didn’t match the fixture color. Barbara and Roxie were very quick to make the situation right. The replacement was packaged by John. He did a superb job The box arrived looking like FedEx had backed over it and maybe played derby cars with it. The fixture was perfect. Nice try FedEx.

I love my rope light - both as Christmas lights but also just anytime we are having an event.
Recently I had a repair to do and when I finally opened the box to do the repair - something I had been putting off - the guy who packed my repair order - Joe - had done two of the splices already! What a great surprise - made my repair so much easier!

I ordered a very specific type of pagoda light. Their website had all the options and made it easy to match exactly what we had and we paid for 2 day shipping. We were thrilled to receive our light on time with a note from Joe letting us know he packed it correctly and it's ready to go.

They refurbished the pathlight lamps and replaced the broken glass lens. I bought these lamps 4 years ago and some of the glass lens are broken. They replaced them with the polycarbonate tubes and clean up the bronze shades. Now they look new. An Excellent Job. Joe put in the finishing touch of a professional packing, so carefully individually wrapped. Thanks Joe.

We ordered under counter lighting. They came very well packed and quickly. The directions were the greatest we've encountered. The products are performing as well as we'd hoped. Great company.

Fast delivery. LED Rope lights as advertised. I assembled my first two 10' strands and it went well. One minor thing that set me back a few minutes. The instructions in the box weren't instructions for exactly the same connections that come in the box, so you need to poke around their website a bit to find videos about the connections that are delivered. The videos are good and I had no issues with assembly once I viewed them. Maybe a QR code or a mention of those vidoes somewhere in the instructions? But the product is great and seems well constructed. Not like some of the other LED stuff I've purchased elsewhere. Seems very sturdy. Gabriel did a nice job packing, everything arrived in good shape.
