Used AQS a second time. Made an appointment online and AQS dispatch called back same day to confirm appointment. Technician showed up on time to perform maintenance on our heating and air conditioning units. After maintenance was completed the technician explained everything that was done and left a copy of records with me. Outstanding customer service by both scheduler and technician.

The guys showed up early and ready to work. They prepped the floors in our house to minimize tracking dirt etc (something many professionals seem to have forgotten). They had great attitudes, clearly enjoy their job and seem to take great pride in it.
I would, and will, recommend this outfit to anyone.

This company came and repaired our furnace today. The young man was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with thank you so much.

Air Quality was quick to respond to claim order and schedule an appointment to assess the issue. AQS had to order the part so after a few days, he came out to install the part. The only think that I would have liked is an either an email, text or call advising of the date and time he was coming back instead of receiving a text message that said he was enroute.

Zack was awesome. He called the day before to confirm our appointment, then he called the morning of our appointment to give me an eta, and he was on time for our appointment. He explained what he was doing, and gave me tips for home maintenance on my unit. I sincerely appreciate how kind he was in answering my many questions and providing useful tips. It felt like an old school, down home type of service where the technician actually cared about the customer. Thanks again Zack.

Zach was our technician this morning to do furnace maintenance and was very punctual and had good customer service. He was very professional and made me feel at ease by making sure by testing for carbon monoxide in the home!
