Not friendly, very rude when taking my order also they package my take out was not correctly done. Food spilled out!

Horrible vacuum and all that noise to dry my car and it eas still wet. Go down the street to anywhere else.

Sometimes thorough, sometimes not so much. They’re always very busy, so I guess the traffic speaks for itself. Overall, I would recommend them for a car wash or oil change.

Don't snap mats back in place, still have yellow crayon where worker wrote down what to do. Didn't vaccum trunk etc.

Nice if you want to get most of the filth off your car. Some residue left behind and the spin brushes are composed of plastic, not cloth. Tiny scratches left behind after the wash. You get what you pay for.

So these guys change my oil and hand washed and vacuumed my car. Not perfect but I can't complain. I would definitely go back. Very good customer service from the mechanics too. Thanks guys!

Great service from the detailing department. I’ve tried a few hand wash services before, but I always compare them to here. They took car of my car as if it were their own. Ensuring not a spot of speck of dirt was there on my exterior or interior. I purchased the carpet express package which I thought was the best priced for the services rendered. Long story short. If you don’t want to spend your entire day detailing your car, stop by here and let them take care of you. Signed a happy return customer.

Dropped my car off first thing so they could do this quickly. There was a mixup and they did not get it done until almost 11 o’clock and I dropped it off at 8 AM. Not happy, for some reason they stop working on my car because they didn’t know what time I was going to come pick it up, I was the first one here. Do it first!
Every other time they were good

Last 7 times I took my min-van to this car wash they failed to do the following: open rear hatch and wipe around seals or clean inside of hatch window: open either sliding and wipe around seals; clean any of the rear side windows. Each time, I notified the gent that appears to be in charge of that area and the issues were resolved. WHY DO THEY KEEP THE LAZY DETAILING PERSONNEL ON THE PAYROLL?

I cant believe this place. I always wash my car on my own due to bad experiences. I decided to give them a try and payed almost $30 the outcome was so bad! I am livid! They didn’t clean anything on the inside AT ALL! Everything was left dirty and un vacuumed, when I asked them to te do it, they acted as if they hated their job and bothered! NEVER AGAIN! I guess I’m going to have to go vacuum the rest at home.

My car had accumulated some splattered bugs on the windshield and around the grill. The wash improved the situation but did not remove a lot of admittedly stubborn remains. The car was nevertheless presented to me as "ready". I'm not impressed with the quality control at this establishment.

This place is cheating their rain guarantee. They give you a dollar discount when it looks like it's going to rain in 48 hrs so they don't have to give you a free exterior car wash after the rain stops. Read the back of your ticket and see how much they charge you. Ripoff!

Good prices but they move pretty quick and miss a few details. When i got home i noticed they didn't clean my center console. 4 stars vice 3, because Greg was very helpful and enthusiastic.

They went on and above with their detail job. My car looks and smells bran new. Thank you Angel for your hard work. Price is fair and they were able to return my car in 2 hours in a busy Saturday Morning.

Just ok car wash, over priced. Not great service. Would only return if i have to do so. Otherwise, plenty of other car wash businesses in the nearby area.
