Ask to see Brent in RB, you won’t be disappointed! He’s knowledgeable and laid back. The store is immaculate and you are welcome to take a test soak while you’re there, just bring your swim suit and a towel. Go ahead and treat yourself, you’ll be so glad you did.
Brent was a very knowledgeable and flexible sales professional accommodating for all our visits before we decided on the model. Just like he predicted we received our hot tub 6 weeks after the down payment despite thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
The tub was professionally delivered by Diaz Spa Delivery team and installed few days later by Roy. All installation and delivery services were included and free of charge to us!
