Very responsive staff. Rooms are very clean. Great location close to shops, dining and blocks from the beach.

Loved the place. Highly recommend the place for long term stay with family. Great location, right next to the boardwalk and ocean.

Units are clean and they are always updating.

Loved everything about this resort the only thing that bothered me was the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were rough but besides that the place was immaculate, I hope the owner invest in better bedding.

Location, location, location right by the strand and walking distance to good quaint eateries.

Hard to get things with a beach view. Be prepared to here the train, ear plugged can help.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. It's an easy walk to the beach and the pier and each unit has a parking space, so having a car is no problem. It's close to both LA and San Diego, so a good base stay for visiting this area.

The location is so convenient, close to the ocean and not far from the pier or the train station to visit Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach and San Diego. Love the walks to the Pier, and wish my husband would be here with me as he was for all our vacations for the last 35 years.

Had a lovely stay in Aquamarine Villas. The facility is much nicer than comparatively priced hotels/motels, it was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beach, restaurants, and cafes are walkable distance.

Staff are very friendly and hard working. Lots of activity lined up for the guest. Mr. Duane was helpful and eager to please.

Room wasn’t clean. Sound like and look like someone was in room bed is. It done
Dishes to use was dirty
It was not a pleasant experience at this time

Possible things get better

Been going here for 20+ years. Thank goodness the train stopped blowing its horn. You don't visit here for amenities because there is none, just a pool and Jacuzzi. Only the location is awesome. Best gas prices down the street across from 101 Cafe

Best resort in Oceanside! The ocean is right near the resort, there's a pool, a ping pong table, and many grills for barbecuing!

Always love this getaway venue. Close to the beach and there are lots of shops and restaurants all around in the area.

Loved my experience here! Really great staff and service. This place is really nice. I love the layout and size. Really spacious and each unit has their own parking garage. There’s everything needed for a family. Super close by the beach. Definitely returning to stay!

Excellent place, awesome view, the space is big! Love the terrace and it's view! I love that they provide basic utensils you need! The area is peaceful at night and very relaxing! This place is also very clean! Maintenance is nice as well! Total win win for this place! Will definitely come back soon and will recommend to friend family!
