This company is a JOKE.basically a sweat shop to the new employees while the old employees walk around and not do anything. The harass you and make stuff up. HR did nothing about the complaints.

Never get responses and the uniforms have been brought incorrect 3 months in a row with no help from there mangement team.

I've been waiting for my new uniforms for over a year and still have had no word on when I will be receiving them. Ordered in July 2021 and still waiting in November 2022. They where also in charge of our First Aid kits for a while and either wouldn't fill the first aid kit or would just put 5 of the same thing in to fill the empty space instead of actually putting what needs to be in there. We almost got dinged for not having what was needed in the fist aid kit so we replaced them with our own and told them to take us off their first aid rotation. Now we just fill our own boxes but they're still billing us like they're doing our first aid kit. The uniforms are also of very poor quality loose threads everywhere and the laundry service will either keep your uniforms indefinitely or when you do get them back they will have strange stains on them that wherent there when you dropped them off.

The employees where nice and friendly but the manager was a b word nd was jealous of the girls that worked there and there was favoritism to certain people nd moved you all around put u in the dirty area not cool what so ever

I canceled my service December 2021, and I'm still receiving an invoice for service, contacted them on April 5th and the manager assistant said he is new, that he would look into my account and have the manager call me, but after three weeks no one has contacted me, and I just received an statement trying to collect money for services never rendered.stay away from companies like this.

Id like to thank Aramark for a awesome work experience! Everyone there treats each other like family. The management is down to earth, and the hours were great. This was a temporary job and I learned so much about cleaning, folding and sorting items for businesses.

I called the local telephone number and reached the payroll department when I needed to speak with someone about my account.

So the person I spoke with says for me to hang up and call the main line. I questioned why when you are right down the hall? Just get up and pass the phone to the right person. They said they have a process and that they track the phone calls to make sure customer service is top-notch. I wasn’t buying it but what else could I do.

I called the main line and for 10 full minutes using the address, name of the account, and business name they could not find my account.

Then the person transfers me back to the original Riverside location, I push the, “all other phone calls” option and it sends me to a voicemail.

Failure to get up from your seat and pass the phone to someone who could help me cost them this 1-Star review.

The problem with uniform rental companies is you’re in a 5-year contract with an automatic renewal clause. You’re not going anywhere anytime soon, and so you’re not entitled to good customer service.

If you have a problem with any uniform rental company, call Uniform Bright, they specialize in helping you cancel your contract and negotiating a better one.

Horrible service! Not organized at all, too many errors and excuses. Definitely not recommended.nobody has a clue what’s going on over there. Also they look to charge you for every little thing. The manager does not have any customer service skills.

Worst experience of uniform service. Don’t go here. Bring wrong pairs of clothes. Mismatch pants and shirts. Missing numerous amounts of clothing. Horrible customer service and management

I was in business with this company since 2004. This company is the worst! I had an original contract that they would provide uniform service for 4 year then convert to a month to month. Well it turned out that the contract renewed for another 4 years every time. For the past 2 years they lost half the uniforms and or would bring shirt way too big making it unsafe. When I tried to address the problem they wanted me to renew the contract for another 4 years. Long story short I had to pay $4.800 to terminate my contract. If you have this company serving your establishment I recommend you cancel asap! They could've easy just given me what I needed or waive the fee since I was in business with them for almost 20 years! This company does not value their customers! I used them at all my location Used Tire Center, TC Tires, Desert Discount Tire, and Best Tire. Not anymore!
