5Would love move in, however, they're not available for 8 months to one year. (Sigh)
Ask questions credit score for needed to get into the place? Especially if you've been on the waiting list for 4 yrs. Ask how long will it take to do a credit check for the apartment? And what does the 50 dollars for a credit check involve? And why should I also have to pay 200 dollars at the same time as the 50 dollar credit check? Later told it was to hold the place. Managment has a very unpleasant attitude. -dont waste 50dollars for nothing go some where else.
Apartments are beautiful and management is always helpful. My kids love the after school program and the community is always together every night for family time. We love it here and always waiting for the wait list to open to bring friends and family in.
