Arby's, Lakeside CA

The kid working the drive thru window was very polite and friendly (the way it should be). My food was hot and tasted great.

I continue to come here even though I have had problems with my orders. Last night, the drive-thru line was backed up onto Woodside Blvd. I. I think they had a new employee working the window with very little training. Always check your orders from this particular Arby's, it is inevitable that something will be left out or just completely wrong.

To be honest the commercials are so far from the truth that not sure I wanna return. I wanted the Diablo Chicken. Got the roast beef Diablo. It wasn't that hot and seemed like it was just thrown together. I ate it and didn't die. But the quality.sure has slipped. My mom only ate half her sandwich. And never went back to it.

Awesome family style Italian. Some of the best meat sauce I've tasted in a while and I've been to the best we have in San Diego

They Actually had my Special Sauce in stock. They pay attention to your order. They give great portions of meats.

Arby's has really stepped up their game! I was hesitant about trying Arby's again after so many years of refusing to eat here but I'm glad I let me husband talk me into coming here again. We've eaten here a few times now and it's been delicious every single time. The food is hot, fresh and the meat is very moist! Definitely recommend you give Arby's a try.at least the Lakeside location. I should also mention, the service has been very friendly each time we've visited and the restaurant is clean.

Always good sandwiches but ridiculously expensive. I ordered 5 regular roast beefs, 3 large fries and NO drinks. Almost 50 bucks

I love this restaurant! This particular location is a good one. Arby's needs more coupons in the Sunday paper. We love the French dips!

Went to this unit because I had a problem with another one. Everything is so expensive that poor service and wrong product is frustrating. I had let them know of the other issue and was sent a free meal coupon. I appreciate that. It was for any sandwich, fry and drink. Asked for a peach lemonade and was told no. Really? I also bought other items and one of the sandwiches was made wrong.
EDIT: Was almost immediately contacted by the store manager. He made no excuses, listened to what i had to say, apologized and fixed the issue. Corporate reads these reviews too and replies. Outstanding! Mistakes are made, but how they are handled is the issue.

Where's the beef! That's all I can say. We'll maybe not we spent $26 for almost nothing! We won't be going back.

This place has really gone down hill but now days what restaurant hasn't? Including fast food & of course they took out Root beer floats or all floats for that matter. I know you don't go here for the ice cream lol but that was one the best things they had left.

Brand new building, very clean, great menu, great service, great menu and great food. Pretty great

There is something about going to any Arby's that triggers memories for me. Whenever I did well in school or sports, my mom would take me for a chicken and curly snack box (2 chicken strips and a side of curly fries) and a Jamocha shake, it was almost like a value menu thing. But those are long gone. Getting those curly fries always brings back those memories. After all these years I feel the food is still pretty good even tho those big deals from back in the day have all but disappeared!

We ordered the gyro combo and the chicken salad sandwich. Both were terrific. Staff was fast friendly and the restaurant was clean. No problem with parking either.

We drove through for lunch today. My husband got 2 French dip sandwiches & fries. My mom got a beef gyro, and I got jalapeno poppers, and turkey gyro. Outstanding!
