I love me a doyble beef a few times a year In one of the best things about arby is that it has remained consistent since I was a kid. I really appreciate consistency.

But today I went to the arby's on Madison. And the double that I ordered was actually a single half The meat and tasted mostly like bread. So disappointing, i'm hoping they just got my order wrong Versus them reducing the amount of meat and continuing to rise the prices

The staff is always very friendly and courteous through the drive through

The fish in the hush puppy breaded fish was tasty but probably could have been cooked a little longer. The breading had a slight "doughy" taste. The curly fries were delicious!

Such a narrow drive thru but very shaded. I like their 2 for $7 special.

The Italian is delicious? Ask for the sauce separately as, some times, it gets over-sauced, I could've used another descriptive word but I like the way "over-sauced" sounds. Enjoy your meal!

The worst experience in a long time counter person argumentative about everything.says she was the Mgr. Would not give me her name! No napkins at station, no lids at station, there was a promotion sign right next to the ragester.but she said we don't do that anymore. I will never return to this location EVER!

Very good sandwiches! Really love the orange dream shake! Yum! I will be back to try some other things on the menu.

Their food is different, so that's why I like it. I use drive-thru, so they are quick and efficient. Never eaten inside, so I can't speak to the atmosphere, thus the three stars.

Good food. One of the few places that doesn't always mess up my order. Never had any issues with them at all and the food is always hot and good

They don't know what a hammocks shake looks like. They had no idea they were out of syrup until we had to tell them. Poor customer too when customers are lining up to get their order

For God sakes get some polite employees! A lot of coming back to any restaurant is good service! This place has all Pakistani or indian not sure witch employees and they are the rudess people ever! They don't great their customers or thank them when finished with a transaction.

It was very clean I ate inside and the people were. Amazing they went out of their way to help us.

The buns were stale and the meat was dry. That was just your basic sandwich. Really disappointing. Arby's used to be so much better.

So it came to this.
Arby’s is charging for the same sauce they have gave out by the handfuls if you bought a roast beef sandwich. OK. HERES YOUR SAUCE! Shoves 25 packets in the back.

Wow we have changed!

This place has improved over the years. Like everyone else, they are short on staffing, but they Make it work.

I had a $20 bill and because It was ripped a lil in one spot she said I can't take this. She refused real money and said it with a smile on her face.

Definitely one of the better Arby's locations. The Elkhorn and Rocklin locations skimp on portion sizes and this one is definitely managed batter and is more generous with their customers.

Recommend using the mobile app as all of our transactions have been seamless and simple. Food has always been ready on time and there's good savings and offers on mobile app.

As for food recommendations, I enjoy the Beef and Cheddar and gyro sandwiches. Both fries are pretty good as well and you have the option to add cheese sauce as a side. Orange cream and chocolate shakes are superb as well.

The staff is also very friendly.

This arby's it is really clean customer service is great. I had problems in the past but now it looks like there's new management. Most important thing the restaurant is super clean

We went through tonight in the drive thru and my kids were being indecisive about what they wanted. The girl who took our order was so sweet and patient. It was a big order, and everything was made fresh and they got the order perfect. Everyone we interacted with was very nice. Was honestly very impressed.

Everything I expect from a fast food meat shop. Beef n cheddar is the classic go-to. It has a sweet red sauce called "red ranch" (nothing like ranch dressing). I get extra red sauce. The liquid cheese is perfect for the roast beef that was sliced five seconds before it went on my sandwich. Overall, classic. Total classic.
