American Restaurant Arby's reviews
13This location would not give a customer a cup of water. The customer offered to pay for it, and they still rejected them
Every time I've been here the chicken has been hard to chew, and they are ALWAYS messing up my order. Some items are decent, but it's really not worth the money.
I used to live in Mountain View, Ca. In the 70’s. Arby’s was very popular then. Was in Sacramento and the craving came across me. Pack up the Grand-babies and here we are. You know they said, McDonalds. Not today Nana’s getting Arby’s. Bought back memories. I don’t do fast food often these days. Arby’s is at the top of my fast foods places. If that means anything. #keepitinmotion
Be nice if the pay attention to orders. In fact was waving at window for a bit to just try to get rest of my order. Ugh. Awful customer service.
It was the worst experience I ever had. Order online to pick up when I got there. They said where out bread, and they refused to cancel or refund the order. I spent over 1 hour on the phone to Corp trying to get a refund. I had to Google the information for Corp cause the restaurant said they didn't know how to get Corp. I would not recommend this location to anyone. My opinion is to close this one down permanently. They are giving the Arby name a bad one. I don't even know if I even I want to go back to an Arby's. If I could do it, I would give them -5 stars.
$14 for a classic beef & cheddar, 4 cheese sticks, & a Coke. That's insanity.
It was as tasty as ever, but over $15 bucks for lunch, (ouch!) I need to make some better money nowadays!
Advertises the Arby's app and coupons but refuses to accept coupons. False advertising.
Service is slow. Food isn't always hot. Won't be going back.
Thank you for serving me right at closing time. I mixed up when you close and showed up at the very last minute. You made me fresh food anyway. I didn’t realize until you clicked the lights off as I drove away. Great friendly service.
I only order the Reuben sandwich as it's the best from Arby's. Their curly fries are to die for. Wish it wasn't so far from me.
In their defense, they had just opened and were not really ready for customers. The soda machine wasn't turned on, and it seemed to take a long time to get the food out.
I usually dig any other Arby's. But, always have a terrible experience with this specific location. The roast beef on the promo sandwich ordered earlier today is straight up rubber. Not even chewable. The ads for it got me that quick craving. And, clearly, I should've known better.
Figured the management might have changed over the years? Idk. The pic is from a "mishap" from one of my very few visits a few years ago. Yuck!
Top it off with a big sign that says "No refunds or exchanges". Huge red flag. Not willing to back their own product.
I don't think I've ever left a bad review anywhere before. There's just never been one particular "restaurant" that has wronged me pretty much every time. I literally take 2 bites, and the second bite is just to see if it was THAT BAD. Then it goes in the trash.
Keep in mind I have nothing against Arby's in general. I love Arby's. This particular spot just DOES NOT have the meats.
Waited in the drive through over 10 minutes and I was the only one there. It's ridiculous.
