The staff's genuine smiles and approachability created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Their friendliness truly stood out and made our visit memorable.

I asked for a Dr pepper and it was as clear as a sprite! Obviously it had no syrup and was straight carbonated water. The fries were old and crunchy like they had been sitting there for an hour. For sixteen dollars for a single meal, I think they can and should do a lot better!

Super awesome fun because it was late and empty inside. Everything we ordered was perfect and fresh. Cookies could be cheaper though;!

I've decided never to return to this Arby's location and this is due to a manager at the buck owens location. I've had 2 terrible experiences with her. How is that even possible? Well, it is. She seems to be bossy and extremely controlling and cares nothing of customer service or whether customers return to this location. My experiences at the rosedale location are always awesome. I would like the owner and store manager to know that they have lost a customer at this location due to one staff member. She has a terribly negative attitude and behaves intimidating towards others. This is truly unacceptable. I do not remember her name but she has 2 first names and is Hispanic. She seems to have been there for at least 2 years.
I truly hope the restaurant owner addresses her behavior and service ACTUALLY improves. I do need an apology. I would like this manager be demoted. She is baad for business

The roast beef had an odd flavor, the air conditioning wasn't working, and the staffs personal conversations were loud.

The food was really good, we got wraps and sandwiches and the turkey is really tasty, surprisingly good quality. This isn't the best surrounding area, but the manager was great, doing everything she could to make the environment as welcoming as possible.

Air conditioner has been broken for over a month. It was 100' degrees outside and hotter inside.

This recently renovated Arbys is nice and clean. Once you get past the homeless community outside, the food is good. Expensive though $47 for lunch for two people.

Ordered the new "Double" roast beef and cheese.what a big disappointment! Had the extra beef, but NO
Cheese! It barely had any cheese, and for sure Not Double! So was very dry. Do not waste your money on this bogus deal.

We came in for a quick bite before a show and it was a s hot inside as it was outside. Needless to say we did not stay!

The manager on duty at lunch time on 7/13/2023 was extremely rude not only to her employees but to her customers. It was incredibly sad to see the way she treated the girl who was supposedly a new employee. It is no wonder that they were getting a lot of orders mixed up with a manager like her.

I was extremely disappointed how small they've shrunk their chicken strips down to. The ones by me are all closed so I'm always excited to find one but the last few times the chicken strips, which used to be taller then the container they're in and so thick they barely fit, have been damn near the size of my middle finger. It's so sad from the childhood I remember of knowing they had these big meaty chicken strips and it's no wonder they're shutting down. The last decent one I stopped at was all the way out in a drive through town a 1/4 mile wide in the middle of a Nevada dessert.

Gyro, roast beef, combo
The cashier accidentally added a large drink but, immediately caught it. I was reimbursed while I ate in the dining room. The gyro was OK. I didn't care too much for the spices in the meat. The tray was circular. The meal was ready in about 5 minutes. The ketchup is at a bar with a pump. The curly fries were the best part of the meal. The manager gave my service animal a pupachino and lots of love.

There food has alway been great there fries and jalapenos popper are the greatest there sandwiches are the bomb.

Food was decent, sized appropriately (no mini sandwiches masquerading as full size ones), prices are still outrageous. Floor was mop-water sticky, but mostly clean looking dining area. Pretty fast kitchen.
