Very professional setting harry made the class fun and very informative i would definitely recommend this class to anyone seeking ccw, security training etc.

Scheduled a finger printing appointment between 4-530. Showed up at 4: 15 and the business was closed.

Attended a basic pistol class with Arc Angel Defense. Extremely pleasant experience. I am a super newbie and was looking to learning more about gun safety and how to properly handle a pistol.

Harry is a great instructor. He's patient, respectful, and very professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, regardless of how remedial the questions were.

Highly recommend their services and looking forward to taking more classes with them in the future.

There was none of that Alpha Male Tacticool BS that runs rampant among firearm training schools; the information presented was delivered in an easily digestible format, and Harry answered my questions without making me feel alienated or stupid for not knowing.

SO unprofessional! Went to get my live scan done here and the lady didn’t know what she was doing, then didn’t know how to charge me and had me standing there for 1 hour while she figured a password out and didn’t even end up knowing how to charge me or get my fingerprints done! She could’ve said sorry I won’t be able to do it today but instead answered a bunch of phone calls and did who knows what on her computer!

I spent a month planning to come to this business to obtain my baton permit at $175. I scheduled the day off from work today January 28,2023 without pay at 8: 00 am. I spoke to the male and female of this business and they advised me to just come to the class. Right now I am here and the door is locked. So I called and spoke with the female, who got her husband on the phone with us and he said that he did not get an email confirmation. I advised him that I was not informed of no email confirmation. I was advised to just come to the class in which he asked me, " Who told you that? " and I said, "You did! " The female confirmed to him this is what was told of me while we were all on the phone. The man said, "Without the email confirmation, he was sorry. " I could not enter to take the class to obtain my baton permit with my security position. So I lost a days worth of overtime pay of 8 hours at $27 an hour from my job, was unable to attend the class to obtain my baton permit and now I get to finish my day very upset at the Arc Angel Defense business. I will NEVER call them again!
