Arcadia Radiology Imaging

Is in making appointment, gentleman was clear and concise taking information. Directions to facility clear, parking free. My appointment took less than 25 minutes from time I entered facility. Very adequate staff in numbers and abilities to register you in, waiting area safe and clean. Technician doing my test was very professional, explained everything.

Two phone calls were placed before arriving at my appointment; first one, I was immediately placed on hold. I disconnected after 8 minutes and the second call was answered after 19 minutes, immediately placed on hold again. I was told that I would be called back yesterday to confirm appointment, but that was not done. Once I arrived at the facility, I was told that all 3 images would be completed; two were and one was rescheduled. At the build one, process was quick and thorough; I had different parts imaged. I will be back in a few days and since I do not have to call, the appointment will go well.

Called office to find out how to cancel my appointment and I was on hold for over 1 hour. So, I hung up. You register online for X-ray appointment but there is no way too cancel appointment or reschedule it. Their Programmer should add cancellation of appointments to the system.

Excellent! They were able to take me immediately for an cray. Office was very busy but the great effort by the workers made it flow effortlessly. The receptionist I had was Crystal, she was very courteous and professional.

They got me in for my back x-rays and the technician was very friendly. I was in and out very fast. I would recommend Arcadia Radiology to anyone. Thanks for such fast service.

They called to push my appointment right now to two months from now because "their technician is not going to be available this Black Friday". Why did they book people on day their tech is probably on vacation for? And why not push other people's appointments rather than make me wait two month? Very poor reflection of their business.

Genuinely nice people. My tech was very informative and super gentle. MRI's aren't fun but John, my tech made the experience as pleasant as possible.
I returned to this same location for an ultrasound today. The check in people are super nice and the tech who helped me was also very nice

The staff in the front desk were attentive and quick to sign me in, I was treated respectfully by my ultrasound technician and the facility is very clean and professional.

The staff was very welcoming. I had arrived early to my appt.and they able to accommodate me. Wait was not long at all. Definitely would recommend this place to family and friends.

Long wait to actually get an appointment. But once there check in was quick and I was taken right back. Technician was very pleasant. Test was done quickly. Very satisfied.

First time at the imaging center. As soon as I came inside, there was a smile and resurgence that Allis ok! That made me feel calm and happy. Doing the test was good and the nurse was really great. Helpful, and very caring. Thank You! To all of the staff for taking care of me!
