Very expensive, but okay, fast service, less than 20 minutes, smog check
I have been taking our cars to Arcadia Smog for many years. The price is good and the service is quick, usually within 15 minutes.
I took the car to this smog check station for smog check and I told them the car has been in storage and I just bought the car. The smog failed because of insufficient data. Then the shop told me to run the car for 100 miles. Why didn’t they inform the customer about this before smog? It is quite a pricy service for 10 min check. All it requires a device to connect the car computer to run the smog check. That is easy $. Now I need to pay again for smog. They just try to maximize their profit. Very disappointed.
