Arcata Plaza Farmer's Market reviews
13A great place to find fresh food! The plethora of varied veggies and fruits from local farmers are worth the Saturday attendance. It's open between 9am-2pm.
Humboldt really comes together for a couple hours on the Arcata Plaza every Saturday. Come buy local produce, snack, people watch and get to know the Humboldt community.
Huge abundance of fresh produce, flowers, veggie starts, other plants and more. Also delicious coffee, bagels and tamales.
There was a good variety of roughly 30 vendors with a good variety of meat, vegetables and herbs. Also, some food vendors on site as well.
ALWAYS a great deal to be found. Picked myself up a wonderful toothache plant for $10 and every booth I stopped at asked me what type of plant and where did I get it.
It was meh.very outlandish priced and there were so many people with little to no direction given that the lines weren't clear and people kept cutting.it was kind of a mad house at times
It's open again! We could not believe how amazing the vegetables are at this market. Doesn't get any better folks, 5 R. Skinner
It was really crowded and people don't social distance well. A few take down their masks to talk over them. Don't go if you are concerned about Covid safety. I am vaccinated and wore three masks, so I was unbothered.
Lots of local vendors with a variety of great produce, plants, food, amd other wares. I bought 3 bottles of locally made hot sauce on my last visit.
Lots of vendors, good quality, good selection. Hope that they bring the music back. A bit pricey.
Gotta check out earth n hands hot sauce as well as try some new mushrooms! Not to mention the amazing goat cheese in the purple booth! Good place to hacky sack with strangers or jam with some transients,
Check out the outskirts surrounding to support small craft artists and pick up some neat gem stones! Also you can get 10 dollars for free with food stamps from the main booth!
A weekly chore and a weekly favorite. So much to choose from and lots of colorful characters to sit and people watch. Winter or summer most of my produce comes from here.
Driving down the coast, starving and in need of walking around a bit, we completely randomly found Arcata - and then the Farmers Market.
It didn’t have a huge variety of take away food but good selection of produce. It was a good Humboldt County vibe and hey, grilled oysters!
