Arches at La Quinta Springs, Indio CA

Just moved in and I'm really loving this community. Love that my fur baby's have a little dog area where they can run around. The grounds are well kept and just a good vibe all around.

Great overall front office! I can't say enough about Claudia and Gustavo who are essentially the only people running this entire building. Gustavo is quick in any maintenance request you may have even for the late hour emergency. Claudia really does go out to help her residents and it definitely shows.

The only concern I have is the parking for this structure. It's hard to find parking especially during rush hours. You are given one parking but anything else is a free for all. If the parking is expanded then I would definitely give this apartment a five star!

Claudia at the front office is great and always manages everything professionally/quick. Any maintenance (Gustavo is in charge of that and he’s the nicest dude) is handled insanely quick. I had one issue on a Sunday night that was fixed that night. The facility is great but the people who work on the property are the reason I wanted to leave a review.
