I would give the Archibald Surgery Center 10 stars if I could. My first experience was great all the way I agree with the review about the nurses they truly are some of the best and with great sense of humor. My Dr. Johl knows how to connect with his patients. He is one of the best ophthalmologists in the surrounding area. I highly recommend him. Oh I can’t forget the ladies in the front office they are friendly with good vibes. I’m heading there right now this is my 2 nd visit for surgery and confident that all is going to be well.

Staff was rude and looked unprofessional! Some of the staff looked like they were arriving late for work and had an attitude as they glared at the patients in the waiting room. The intake nurse made assumptions about my health based on my appearance when asking questions, and then demanded for me to get naked and wear a gown. When I instructed her that other facilities did not make me dirobe for the same procedure (epidural injections), she became angry and ordered me again to remove my clothing. This was all done in front of other patients! I walked out without having the procedure done and will never return to this facility. Afterwards, I called my health insurance company to advise them of the Archilbald Surgery Center's unprofessionalsim and to ensure they would not be billed for the procedure. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for your medical procedure.where they're more compassionate, professional, and considerate.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would for many reasons. First, this place cancelled my husbands appointment twice last minute saying it was due to staffing and the other time saying he was never on the schedule. We finally get our appointment and they call him the morning of the appointment and said they have had cancellation can you come in early. We said yes and were there within 30 mins of them calling. Almost 3 hours later he was still sitting in the waiting room. The communication is horrible, everyone is incredibly unprofessional. I would avoid this facility at ALL costs. Never, ever have had such a horrible experience.

The office staff, the nurses, and anesthesiologist all made sure I felt comfortable and was well taken care of. They helped ease my nervousness anxiety. The office staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. I highly recommend this facility!

Okay, I was very nervous when I arrived at 7: 50 for my 8: 00 appt. I was waiting until 8: 15. I was okay waiting because I knew there were others before me and maybe it took a little longer with them. Not an issue. When I first arrived, the receptionist was so kind and helpful. Then the nurse took me back and prepped me for my colonoscopy. She was very nice and comforting. Everyone and I mean everyone from the beginning to the recovery room was amazing. They took great care of me and I’m thankful that they know how to treat scared patients. All of you were AMAZING. Keep up the great work.
