Rick the owner was friendly, knowledgeable and did the fix and maintenance in short time. (Our garage door wasn't closing properly). Definitely going to call Archway for any garage door issues in the future.

Fantastic service! Our top spring broke and we were hoping for a repair within a few days. We were surprised to have their repair expert arrive at our house within 30 minutes. Great service, fair price.

We were very happy with the service provided by Rick. Our garage door opener kept jamming and seemed to be straining to open the door. About 1 1/2 yrs prior another company replaced a broken spring and the motor. Since then we had issues with loose cables and poor performance. Although that guy returned to address the issues we lost confidence and decided to call Archway Garage Doors. Rick was able to diagnose the root of the problem right away. After giving the system a tune up, adjusting spring tension, replacing roller wheels, and repairing the poor wiring job done previously on the sensor eyes he got the whole system running smoothly. It was our mistake having an unlicensed garage door company come out the first time. I highly recommend Archway and will use them again when needed.

After hiring and spending $20k+ with Archway since 2018 and having them as our primary garage vendor for both our condo complex garage as well as my personal residential roll-up garage, I can no longer recommend them. James, the co-owner, has serviced my residential roll-up garage in my residence about 4 times. Yesterday, upon coming out for a service call and identifying my garage to be at catastrophic failure due to fraying cables, he said it would take a few weeks for him to source parts, and I am better with finding a new vendor that may carry those parts in stock. He gave me some options and none of those vendors could service my unit because I am a residential property. After going back to James to ask him to move forward with the parts, he ghosted me and then texted me that he could not take the job. I was shocked to see a lack of loyalty for a previous customer, or sense or urgency in helping, given the condition of the garage and circumstances. This is not a business you can expect to trust long-term.

Rick responded and quickly identified the problem. He clearly explained what caused it and what might happen on the future regarding this issue. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. So far, my two experiences have been awesome.

Technician showed up when he said he would. He was very professional, friendly and thorough. Recommend them anytime.
