Gas Station ARCO reviews
14I went yesterday (5/7/2023) at around 2: 30pm and paid Inside for my gas. When I go back to my car the pump is not activated and nothing is coming out. I go back inside to let them know they haven’t activated it and they told me they did but they accidentally activated it for the Camaro that was on a different pump. I didn’t get upset l, I just told the clerk to activate my pump. I was told “NO” the clerk instead told me to just pay again and then dispute it with my bank! I was refused my refund and I was refused any resolving of my issue. I was told to call back whenever a manager was present. This is ridiculous, gas prices are high enough as it is but for this store to just give away gas they stole from me and then basically shrug me off is ridiculous. I am going all the way up to corporate with this issue.
Young gorda torta needs to fix her fat attitude. Lay off the junk food and stop stuffing your mouth. Maybe you'll learn a thing or two about losing weight. Bola de manteca
It's OK. Such high gas prices and inflation. The attendants need to smile and be friendly. They are blah.
Arco is close to me there open late their close to various business CVS DEL TACO in the same corner shopping center.
Picked up a lottery ticket but I didn't want it almost the same area where the person won
Long lines at checkout”
Because sometimes people don’t have 15 minutes to wait in line to put $45 on pump 5
Just wait till the electric cars come and you’re spending 4 to 8 hours trying to charge
Stupid reality electric car suck
Just don't go on Wednesday, never any food in the morning even with multiple employees
It say it's open 24 /7 bit they closed at 1: 45 am saying it's closed, I called and they said they were closed but I told them it says it's open 24/7 and they said ooo we're taking our lunch
Majority of the employees are really nice and welcoming (with the exception of one who just seems Iike she hates her job). Been going here for 3 years and we're usually satisfied.
The poor clerks have such a thankless job. Dealing with idiots. But heres a suggestion.
When you have a l8ng line and you have one cashier, and you have a customer wanting to cash 8n lotto tickets and then buy more, put them off to the side and get the line down. People getting gas first. Quick and easy. Out the door.
Lotto ticket buyers take forever deciding what tickets they want.
Expedient customer service.
They refuse to stay open after midnight and claim to always be training someone how to mop the floor and clean up by closing the whole place down. Reporting them.
Still cheapest gas in town but it still higher than national average. Too much taxes. Still happy to have this station so close to my home. AM/PM still the better convenient store around.
ARCO were very professional, courteous and the work was perfect! Plus I was able to get an appointment within three hours of calling!
Brand new pumps, but the employees have yet to be trained on how to refill the paper at pumps for your receipt.unbelievable. I thought the pay at the pump feature was to save time. But if you still have to go in to get your receipt.it's not. Oh i get it.it's a sales tactic to get you in the store. Hoping you will buy something.poor customer service. I'd rate them a negative 10 stars but it's not available
