ARCO, Costa Mesa CA

This is gas station.they have extremely bad customer services.the cashier doesn’t understand English or communicate with the customers. I do not recommend this gas station to anyone

I needed gas and water for me. Even though the Arco has an AM/PM they also converted their service bays into a Jack N The Box! So while my car was filling up, I stopped in to Jack's for water and a couple of tacos.

The gas price wasn't bad, just a quarter more than my local Costco. And Arco now accepts credit cards.

I'd give it a no star if I could this place is horrible they turn off the credit cards at night so you have to walk thru the horde of homeless to get inside and pay then pumps don't work so they want you to move closer to a pump that's near parked cars of course where of course you get your card number stolen and why are there all these cars parked there with blacked out tint the whole place is sketchy the staff is rude do yourself a favor and go around the corner and pay five cents more, take it from a local this place is horrible avoid at all costs your health or financial wealth is not worth it!

Very well run, Clean & loved the amazing way it's set up in terms of their mini-mart design. They really do have something for everyone, & sorta being the last chance for gas & eats being directly at the Freeway ramps, you can load up before heading to work or a long trip. Not to mention they are Attached to a Jack in the Box, so you can easily go in/out of each without needing to go outside for entering. Being a local I hope you'll remember to make that pit stop here first!

Normally cheapest gas in the neighborhood. The area gets sketchy at night with homeless activity nearby. Has a water and air pump… gets pack on weekdays between 6am-8am

This Arco is Clean, easy to pull into the pumps and start pumping right away. The staff is very helpful if you are having any issues.

Arco pricing is lower than the other stations. Still can’t wait until gas prices reduce. Hats off to Arco for keeping them lower than other gas stations

Use 2 be in this shopping center daily years ago and it seems to have kinda gone a bit down hill 2be honest. Idk. ‍️ it's just not really alive, dark and the hours of service are very different, I realize that probably has 2do with pandemic, but it was 1of the few places u could always go to late night, or early morning, basically 24/7 and get food, use bathroom, gas ️ station, and ampm convenience shop. Now you can't even sit inside more than few hours a day let alone get drive thru past 11pm or midnight. And some menu items aren't available past 1030 or 11, and ampm is dark and locked up! It's just strange

The people who work here are so slow and can not seem to master ringing up a few items without confusion. And they are all very rude especially the female cashier. I herd her cussing out a customer before. The only reason they stay in business is because of the location. If no stars were a choice I would pick no stars. They need to learn manners and not yell at the customers!

Freeway close but rush hours this place is very busy so either gas up early or be prepared for a line that can be frustrating. Over all it is my favorite place to fill up and grab some snacks.

Nice stop but had trouble using credit card and had to go into store. There was nothing wrong with it. Annoying! And the price very very Annoying!

Great location. Larger pump area. Jack in the Box attached. Typical products to buy. Freeway entrance as you turn out. Can get anywhere from here. Friendly staff.

Its ok if your almost out of gas or filling up a rental. BP just has the worst quality fuels, in my opinion, and the also almost killed everything in the gulf of mexico when they dumped enormous amounts of oil in the water. To clean up the used chemicals to break up the slicks, causing the oil to be absorbed into the wildlife habitat. Wl I think that is a common practice with oil spills but still wrong in my opinion.

Last night at 11pm I got stranded at this gas station with 2 flat tires. The man working refused to help me call AAA. I walked across the street to the Circle K and was told the same thing. Finally a customer that overheard my problem told me I could use her phone. While I was waiting 3 hours for the tow truck I went back into the gas station and asked if I could use the restroom and was told "no. It's closed. "
Next time my tires blow out, I'd rather drive half a mile on my rims to get to a gas station where decent people work!
