ARCO, Norco CA

It seems this place has been going downhill since it opened last year. I've been dealing with pumps not working and today pump 2 and 4 did not work. Pump 2 wouldn't take tap for some reason and would restart, I'm thinking I just gave my card away or it simply just doesn't work. Pump 4s screen when you press any of the first options (debit or credit) just turns blue after and then restarts. I let the in-store attendant know and she informed me that a few of them are like this. Arco or if it's a franchise location, owner do better in taking care of your business, otherwise you'll be another annoying-to-deal-with gas station along hidden valley/hamner/main. Be attentive and don't cut corners ;)
Update in response to ARCO reply: I'm not going to use my personal social media profile to contact a gas company that has a phone number/business location. I have private accounts for a reason I'll just call or email if need be.:)

Good gas station with plenty of snacks and drinks you can think of. Nice restroom. Friendly staff. Great gas prices to boot. They even have a self-service car wash and interior self-service area.

This has to be one of the best ARCOs out there.cookies are fresh, the place is like brand new and the staff is exceptional.

Don't like they charge atm fee of. 30c plus they charge you the credit price also. I see a class action lawsuit in the horizon.

Well lit.lots of options as far as drinks and snacks.clean.safe.usually gas prices are low

Very bad experience and poor customer service at this gas station. Paid for gas then pulled into the car wash area. Wanted to vacuum before going through the wash. Employee came up and said I'm not allowed to vacuum before the wash it has to be after. Extremely rude and uncalled for considering I just paid for gas. Will not come here anymore. I will stick to the 76 station.

Well lit, Good gas prices. Very clean store. This place has a car wash and the vacuums are free.

1st time here since they opened but there are a multitude of pumps which keeps wait time down despite it being very busy. Great prices too. Some of the lowest in the area.

My mom and I went there just for gas (and car wash for once a month) and I know one female employee that I know her for many years!

This Arco is new to Corona, maybe 3 or 4 months old, it's very clean there is a carwash lots of snacks, the restroom is now open (prior closed because of COVID-19) finally got lottery scratchers

I only go to this gas station because of route convenience and the fact that this station is quite new. It is also well lit.
Inside, I only like it because it is new. The staff, from my experience, aren't helpful and have been slightly rude. That is a bit less than what I expect from a gas station.

I feel bad to be here.
I only brought the ice in a drink cup.
It cost me $2.49. It costs about $1 elsewhere, where the service is bad and the staff is unfriendly. Even if I die, I won't come here.
I feel bad. I want to curse.

The new Arco gas and car wash are new to the area. The car wash is one of the best for the money they also have an attendant on hand for those dirty wheels and road junk.

Make sure their car wash is open before purchasing. Got a $11.00 car wash and wasn't able to use it. Unfortunately I won't be in the area to use it before it expires. They shouldn't let you purchase a car wash if you can't even get in it. Went inside for a refund and the guy told me that he can't. It's only 11 bucks, but that's not the point. Find a way to let people know its not available before purchase.
