Bad news after greater than 30 years of going to ARCO.pumps and systems are so bad I'm through! Now trying to get refund for fuel nor service.called the Sheriff it was so ridiculous!

The pump was not working. I tried to go inside the store to ask the clerk if they were all down or just the one I was trying to use. She refused to unlock the door or even attempt to answer my question - just yelled across the store as if I could hear her through locked doors. It was around 4 in the afternoon, not the dark of night. I won't be back.

Extremely rude lady when I had to pay inside because it wasn’t reading my card. I said “it’s on either pump 3or4 The one at the end, its 3 I think” and when I went to try and pump on that station, it says please wait and nothing was pumping and so I went back inside and said “Hi excuse me, maybe the pump is broken at that station because it keeps telling me to wait” and immediately rude response without hesitation she said no you said 4, and so I put 4, when she clearly saw me go to that pump station to my car and kept talking back reiterating that I was wrong when I was very polite and she just went off, very very rude. Never experienced that. The lady was clearly having a bad day or she’s just plain rude and miserable. I suggest the people managing that place replace her because it sounds like multiple people have left reviews on that rude employee Mae Dir -name on the receipt. My 2cents, thank you.

Friendly attendants working hard for all patrons passing through the store, the inside was always clean and organized no matter what time I visited the store.

Very rude cashier, after paying $70 for gas. I asked for air and was given excuses and non sense. She has a terrible attitude. By law in California, gas station's must provide air and water free to paying customers.

Edit: I still didn't get air, had to go elsewhere, and thanks to this, you lost a loyal customer for almost 8 years.

Arco back in the day was one of the cheapest places to get gas. They are pretty much the sa, e as everyone else now. I guess because they picked up cards.

The white girl working is very rude.i am from vegas and betting for lotto.i honestly dont know how to explain since there is no lotto in vegas and my friends just asked me to bet but i tried my best and i was nice the whole time.she can’t understand me and she was very rude.the other guy working there overheard us and he know exactly what i meant.he was so nice.that lady really made me felt bad.

They have the lowest gas prices in the area and the clothes are always nice and friendly and helpful and you can always get tokens for air and water and they have all kinds of great snacks and the lottery I always win when I play there check it out

Besides having the best prices I found in SF for gas at this current gas crises other that. That nothing special nothing bad
