They gave me ETA and actually showed up on time unlike most roadside places. Guys were strict because of coronavirus but I understand safety and all that and I actually respect that for the health of myself and their employees. Anywho Truck broke down and they were able to tow and repair my truck at their shop as well.
Quick, professional, even stopped to let me get cash. Hopefully will not need another tow, but if I do, I would use this company again.
I called these guys to see if they could tow a tour bus. Robin assured me they could. They left their yard at 6: 50 pm and got to my bus at around 8: 15 pm not bad with traffic. His employees fumbled around for somewhere around 3 hours. At which time their dispatcher told them to leave the bus. Not only did they just leave my driver they never called me to let me know what was happening. I only knew about this because of what my driver was relaying back to me. I cannot believe this is the kind of service they have. If they did not know what they were doing he should have said so. Bad customer service.
