Jodi was fantastic in helping me figure out the ins and outs of what I needed and how things work. She is always bright and cheery to deal with, and very knowledgeable. The storage was clean and in an easy to access area. I chose an indoor unit that held my items just fine. I have no issues with trusting that my items are safe, and opted for the insurance. It's very reasonable too! Thank you for all your help and having many options available. I also recommend that if you have an eye on a particular unit, reserve it at no cost, and you just come in on or before the date you need it. You can also manage things online, especially if you're like me and not in the county.

If you need to store your stuff, this is where you need to go. My family members have used Arco for many years and have been very pleased with them so when we found ourselves suddenly needing a storage unit, this is where we went. Morgan was super helpful and friendly and understanding. She walked us through all the options and explained everything very clearly. The units and the facility are very clean and most importantly…secure. I also appreciate the hometown, personal atmosphere; you walk out not feeling like you are just a number and a wallet. Just moved in from another storage unit company in Sacramento and I was so pleasantly surprised. The grounds here are so clean and safe with lots of cameras. The storage units look brand new and are raised so I feel there’s less of a risk of weather/ water damage. Morgan was the best! She was so attentive and helpful with the move in. I feel really good about being a tenant here. If you need a storage unit and they have availability I would jump on this location fast!
