Technician was on time and professional. Resolved the issue within 15 minutes. Office assistant kept us informed when to expect the technician to arrive.

I am updating my review from 5 stars to 1 star and if I could it would be negative stars. On Wednesday they came to service my sister’s AC for the winter. But when the technician got there he asked where her water heater was and started messing with it when she told him he was there for the AC he started work in it but she got so frustrated with them he told him to go he charged her $119. Now today her heater is not working and they will not respond to our calls so he had done something to cause the he heater not to work. Plus she had already paid them $199 for the care club they have. I’ve always recommended them but never again.

Robert came and did the routine service to our AC. He was on time, polite, and professional.

The technician was really professional and explained and showed me steps being followed and testing procedures.

I wad charged $960.00 for 40 feet of duct that was never installed and labor that was never done. I have left messages for the owner every month for over 1 year and he refuses to speak with me. Extremely poor customer service and I was ripped off to the tune of $960.00. They promise you the moon and then steal your money. No star

I had a bad experience. This company seems like they are fraudulent and unprofessional. So I called this business Monday morning because I was having issues with my AC Unit upstairs. I spoke to a young lady and asked her to schedule someone to come out and service 2 AC’s and runs diagnostic on the one upstairs that was giving me issues. They came right away and did whatever they. By Tuesday my AC downstairs stopped cooling! When they came Monday the AC downstairs was working fine. It had worked fine for the last 3 years (as my units are 3 years old), all of a sudden after they do a “service” it stops working within a day. Something smells fishy here.

Love that Robert came out quick and took care of my air conditioner so appreciative thank you great job. Had never used there service but will from now on.

It’s simple, they came and solved our air conditioning problem in 111 degree weather, and finished the job fairly quickly. I would recommend these guys!
