Terrible experience and they didn’t even make it right. We booked a hotel for the night of October 14th. When we arrived, no one was answering the phones, there was no one we could talk to at the property, the gate was closed and we had to book and pay for another hotel. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME AND CHECKED ME IN without me being there. I had to pay for the dang place and didn’t even get to stay there. Currently trying to go though the BBB. This place is a scam.
Update: the better business bureau forced them to refund me. Please don’t stay here it’s a scam

Lovely accommodations and outstanding customer service! You can feel the spirit hospitality. 10/10 would recommend!
