He is knowledgeable about what the medical community would offer for your specific problem. Also, Arensdorf can recommend supplements that might help.

He is not only a great chiropractor but a smart guy who helps you understand how to stay well. Very caring adjustments are made with comfort in mind. I consider my visits as necessary for well being.

The staff of Dr. Arensdorf are professional and courteous. I was able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable timeframe, was seen promptly, and the whole process went smoothly. Dr. Ray spends the time to understand your issue and is able to the treat it quickly and accurately.

As a hairstyles back pain is anothet part of my job but being able to go and see Dr. Ray helps more then I can put in words. Best place to go if your having any kind of back pain. Dr. Ray and his staff are friendly and great at what they do.

My experience with Dr. Arensdorf's work has been outstanding. I'd been to him for several years for the occasional adjustment when various parts were misaligned and he would take care of my hips, my arch/ankle, my wrists or elbow - whatever I needed - with the most efficient and effective means. I was happy with him as a chiropractor and my family members, including my 93 year old mother go to him with excellent results.

However, it's been the unusual situation where his work really helped me with much more than a work-a-day injury. Last winter I suddenly developed an excruciating pain down the front of my right leg. I'd never experienced something like this and to my mind I hadn't done anything remarkable to cause it. For the next three months I dealt with severe sciatica and I had regular chiropractic, PT and acupuncture sessions. I have to say it was Dr. Ray's Activator treatments that made the most dramatic changes - especially at the beginning when the pain was terrible. He got my joints moving and took some pressure off the nerve and the pain reduced significantly within a couple of weeks. It was such a welcome change! I was able to very carefully begin strengthening which over time helped with the pain - but it was Dr. Ray's work that made life livable again. And, it's his work which has continued to keep me moving and pain free as I returned to life.

I highly recommend Dr. Ray for his skill, the efficiency and accuracy of his techniques, his willingness to explain what is going on and why, and for helping me heal in a long process of recovery. He's great tending to the usual strains of daily life, and he's outstanding in helping in a critical situation as well. I recommend him without hesitation to any one who needs a tune up, regular chiropractic to maintain comfortable movement, or anyone who has an urgent need for pain relief and long term healing.

I normally don't give out 5 stars especially at a doctor's office.but the location was easy to find plenty of parking, staff was friendly, very clean office as soon as I got my paperwork done they started my physical. Dr Arensdorf made me feel very comfortable as i am not a fan of going to the doctor office. He has a good sense of humor also!

First time visit. Dr. Ray spend good time understanding past issues and discerning current problem in a progressive manner. He was able to ease the back pain before the session ended.
Staff was helpful, courteous, and supportive.
