Argo Optometry, Upland CA

They are amazing! I was in dyer need of glasses because I lost my other pair. They ordered my frames and got my lenses in less that two weeks. They have a great staff and customer service. I can't thank them enough.

I've been to a few optometrist over the years. Some good, some bad.
Argo is the BEST!
This was my first visit, I don't recall the Doctors name (sorry). She took her time with the exam and was Very thorough! She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable.
They were even able to use frames that I brought in. They took the time to make sure the measurements were accurate.

Very glad I switched optometrist. Welcoming first impression. Doctor is very polite and professional. Finished appointment and ordered new glasses in a reasonable amount of time.

Not treated well. No problem with the eye exam. The optometrist was great. The office staff is poorly organized. They did not have frames that I wanted. So I asked if we could order them. Which they did. They said they would call me when they came in. About 7 weeks later I called them since they had not contacted me. They could not tell me anything over the phone at that time. They called me back the next day and told me the frames had been there for a while. Then told me if I did not come in the next couple days they would put them back into inventory. I asked why they had not contacted me when the frames came in. They had no answer. Went back to get a different version of the frames I already use. They then told me I would have to pay for shipping. Which I had not done on the first pair of frames. I did not feel treated very well. I have asked for my records and will go to another optometrist.

The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable and the exams are very thorough. Staff is helpful. Recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience. Very personable with each patient. My son and I came in together for our first time and were very pleased with the entire experience from contact lenses to prescription sunglasses.

I have been coming here for probably around 13 years and always have a great experience. Even after moving away to the beach cities, I still make a special trip to come here for my annual checkup. Dr. Wang now has two locations so this time I was seen by Dr. Charifa who was equally as thorough, friendly, and informative. I highly recommend Argo Optometry and am looking forward to continue coming here in the future! K

I've been putting off going to the eye doctor for a very long time.past experiences have not made me trust many eye doctors because my glasses were always made wrong and I could never really see right I will spend a lot of money on a pair of glasses and they never worked right until now. The doctor I seen Miss Wang very kind and throw in her explanation of what was going on with my eyes. I learned a lot about my vision and how to repair some of the damage I've caused by wearing the wrong kind of glasses for so long. I would highly recommend this facility to anybody that's looking for somebody they can trust and quality pair of glasses that they can wear with pride.

I had a first time eye appointment for my daughter and myself. The staff was very friendly. The optometrist was amazing and explained everything very well. Wendy checked us out at the end and was amazing. I told her I would like to stay in the range of our insurance allowance and she did great!

I've been going to Argo for several years and I appreciate the service and attention paid to details. The exam is thorough and choice of eye-wear is great!
I will say one thing. I've been going to Argo for years & the furniture in the waiting area could be replaced. No support in the cushions & it's difficult to stand up when you've been sitting in a hole: -D

I felt so embarrassed to begin with because I've paid for insurance for so long but I don't have my identification card and they were able to find me in the system with no problem. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable! Dr. Wang was very easy to speak to and listened to my concerns.

Always professional and quick with it. The Dr.always gives me a huge smile and genuinely seems concerned with my overall eye health. Plus, it's a 2 min walk from my house!

I do wish they had a better selection of glasses including sunglass prescription frames that were worth the high pricing, however the staff’s patience & professionalism keeps me coming back. Thank you, All!

Argo Optometry is an AWESOME optometry center. Dr. Wang is knowledgeable, patient and kind. She really provides her patients with personalized care and service. My family and I have been patients for over 10 years. She has helped my children with serious eye issues, and their eyes have improved.

I will follow Dr. Wang wherever she goes. She is just that AWESOME!
