This place always runs ads for rent when there are no available units. The only way I could fill out the app was with a $300 deposit, yet no units to even view cause they are all occupied, and nobody’s moving. After 3 mos, I requested my deposit back as nothing ever became available. I will say, the refund was very prompt. And here they are again running ad with no available units to show, cause they're fully leased. Very strange.
