PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL with CARMEN she supposably has 25yrs of expierience but has NO CLUE HOW TO DO A BALAYAGE! Showed her a pic of what I wanted she agreed she could do it, told me it wouldnt be exact color which I understood BUT instead She FRIED ALL my hair (top to bottom) gave me a CHEMICAL CUT and still charged me the full price she had originally quoted me. Was extremely RUDE when I asked her to make situation right. Told me that I was already unsatified with my hair before going in (of course thats why I wanted a new look and seeked "professional" help to achieve it). STAY AWAY LADIES!

I have been cutting my hair with Carmen for more than 25 years and my son is 30 years old and Paulina has been cutting his hair since he was a baby. Very good stylists. I don't change them. I recommend it.
