7I visit this store every time when I come to LA to see my family. I bought skincare products a few days ago. Most of staff were friendly and nice at that time. However, I really disappointed this time. I went the store to buy some small makeup products last night, and asked cashier for a sample when I was paying. The cashier didn’t say anything and just frowned. I was so uncomfortable, and it was not even first time the cashier showed attitude like that, so I made this review. The service should NOT be different depending on what customer buys.
Helpful sales lady. Very good selections of Korean cosmetic products. Right beside Korean supermarket.
Sales ladies are rude and unpleasant. Went in to buy some lipsticks and walked out unhappy with their rudeness
